The only thing he's missed is a violin. There's no doubt he was isolated at the start but he has isolated himself since he realised he can 'play' it.

That's exactly what i meant earlier.... there is absolutely no doubt in my head he knows how to play it..... BB might as well play the violin music for him 

Thing is, he probably is a nice guy but he's got a card to play now 

I like Winston, he seems like a nice (dim) bloke....that does have empathy...

But the others have been trying more with him recently and he still isn't trying to enjoy it, afraid he seems to be playing the victim card to get the sympathy vote
