Ashleigh did change her behaviour in the house due to public reaction.
Saying she hasn't changed and that she doesn't care about what the GBP think of her.
The week of the girlpower task, and got booed and chants to get her out were heard, she had been bitching about Ash and Helen in the pod all the time (and rightly so) that week, but after she heard the booes she went into the DR and told BB that she knew why she was at the time hated by the public...after that she never bitched again about Ash and Helen and even has been friends with them.
So she did change her behaviour.
