6.23pm: Deana and Luke S are dining in the garden. Conversation is not exactly sparkling right now.
Day 68: Luke S works it out
He lost his lady last night and now Luke S is dealing with his loneliness by performing a startling exercise regime. He's been here 68 days yet some of these moves are brand new to us. Enjoy - and if you can figure out what is going on in the final picture, please put us out of our misery.

it can't come quick enough for me, i've just about had enough of it now but then CBB starts we will all need a good sleep after all of this 
7.12pm: Big Brother has told housemates to make sure they 'dress to impress' this evening. Adam is not impressed with BB
7.28pm: "In the space of a week, four people have left this House," observes Luke S. In two days the final five will also be gone.
Day 68: Trained and ready for fame

Earlier today housemates were given training by media expert Nina Myskow and successfully learned how to:
- Perfect their wave for when they leave the Big Brother House
- Walk down stairs gracefully
- Perform with etiquette and ease on the red carpet
- Get out of a car gracefully
- Greet a housemate they didnât get along with
- Perfect their hug with Brian Dowling
- Deal with bad press
- Deal with an over-enthusiastic fan
Nina was suitably impressed by their efforts and therefore housemates have passed todayâs task winning a cocktail and canapÃĐs party this evening. Big Brother will also play in a selection of their favourite songs.
Luke S and Deana particularly impressed Nina so have won a special prize of a dinner for two which is currently taking place in the garden. Letâs hope Ashleigh is too swept up in the post-House scene to watch this intimate tet-a-tet.
7.45pm: Housemates are speculating as to who the celebrity housemates will be. They're sure there'll be plenty of soap stars.
7.55pm: The party is upon us. "There's a f**cking bar!" squeals Luke S
8.08pm: So, the HMs enjoyed One Direction's 'What Makes You Beautiful' to a hilarious extent. So much cheesy hand pointing
8.16pm: Big Brother has given the housemates Suede to dance to. Deana and Luke A are dancing like your dad at a disco
Day 68: Dining out Adam took on the role of âBig Brotherâ this evening, warning Luke S to treat Deana right on the garden date the pair earned from todayâs Train for Fame Task. Luke S had slipped â or rather poured - himself into a snug white shirt to complement his baby blue trousers, while Deana picked a floor length pink gown which Luke A and Sara both complimented her on. They certainly looked the part and Deana was pleased to see BB had provided them with her dream dinner â chicken and broccoli. We were on the edge of our seats as the pair began with an awkward banter. Youâll be pleased to learn that unlike Luke Sâs girlfriend, Ashleigh, Deana managed not to spill her champers. Luke S played it smooth, focusing on Deanaâs favourite subjects â Bollywood and exercise plans. She returned the favour by letting him wax lyrical on the topic of his property empire. Deana did make one dating faux pas, dropping Ashleighâs name into conversation, but Luke S neatly side stepped the subject. It was just one course for our pair meaning they headed back into the house before the 'curfew' of self-appointed dad Adam, who asked if the pair had hit it off. Deana mentioned marriage may be on the cards, but Luke S was quick to contradict her, adding; "no, no, no - weâll need to save up for that first." Deana has expressed interest in joining Luke S in a workout tomorrow. Weâll keep you posted on how this one develops. | |

8.42pm: Sara is in the Diary Room. The other housemates are chilling in the living room.
9.06pm: Luke A is missing his cat. Adam is allergic to cats. This could cause some awkwardness if he spends a weekend at Luke A's.
9.16pm: It's Deana's favourite tune. Sara is singing along, join her, "ah, ah, ah ,ah." Luke S is waving
21.23pm: Housemate dancing really is something else. Sara is currently, 'walking like an Egyptian' to Tinie Tempah.
9.36pm: Luke S is sitting on his own in the living room. Everyone else is nattering in the garden
9.44pm: Big Brother is playing Sara's song. It's Meatloaf. She's almost as emotional as she was during The National Anthem.
9.49pm: Sara's explaining the plot behind Meatloaf's classic, "I Would Do Anything For Love." She really shouldn't have done that.
9.57pm: Luke S also likes Meatloaf. His favourite is the, "dashboard light one".
10.12pm: "And I won't do that," rumbles Luke A in a meaty baritone. Sara's music choice really rocked the House.
10.27pm: Adam is reeling off film names to find out whether Luke S has seen more macho or girlie ones. It's pretty even so far
10.40pm: A pillow fight has broken out. Sara is a surprisingly rowdy player
10.47pm: The next tune's come on while Sara's in the middle of removing her make-up. She doesn't care. Everyone's all over this.
11.06pm: It's getting hot in here, the housemates may take off all their clothes. Or hopefully they'll just dance to Nelly.
11.16pm: "'Shake it like a Polaroid Picture' is what Deana was dancing to," says Luke S in a tragically inept radio DJ voice.
11.22pm: Know when you have a few drinks and tell people you love them? The object of Sara and Luke A's affection is Big Bro.
