4.15pm: The security guards have been called to the DR. Deana is reading out the details of the #bbexhibitionists twist.
4.16pm: A recording of them standing will be played on the guards' monitor while in real time they enjoy a secret chamber
4.34pm: The guards are whipping up a corden bleu lunch of beans on toast. Scott, as ever, surgically attached to worcester sauce.
4.47pm: The secret chamber is almost ready to be entered. Meanwhile, Ash is resting her head on the red exhibition rope.
4.54pm: It's smiles all round with the exhibits as they crawl into their secret pyramid-based chamber.
5.04pm: The #bbexhibitionists are feasting.
There's a flippin' chocolate fountain and sweets galore.
5.16pm: Sara's talking about what she gets up to at the seaside.
To say Scott's engrossed would be overstating it.
5.30pm: Deana is warning that the statues should be wary of incriminating sweets.
5.42pm: Deana's stroking a pharaoh statue and Luke S is explaining red velvet cake to a bewildered Ashleigh.
5.56pm: An inspection is imminent, so our slacking #BBExhibitionistsare back on their plinths. Sara and Scott seem fooled.
6.07pm: Having gone through their #BBExhibitionist patter, the exhibits are waiting to get back to their secret chamber.
6.16pm: The statues are swapping outfits whilst the guards are out of sight.
Oh the larks!
Thanks Scotty and Mrs H for the updates just caught up as I've been watching a lot of the Olympics today. I'm not usually interested in sport but hubby is so it's been on the tv and I've surprised myself by how many events I've enjoyed, fancy that!
Day 64: Is it as they thought it would be?
Did you think our seven remaining housemates would be still standing in this the final week?
Before they entered the House, we asked each of the 17 to give us a few predictions about how they would perform in the show.
Four of our lingering seven were confident theyâd make it to the end â Luke S, Luke A, Scott and Adam. The first two can give themselves a pat on the back, the other two will have to wait until Friday night to find out if they were right to be so cocky.
Deana and Sara gave us a definite no but Ashleigh said she'd, âlike to think so.â
Luke A expected to receive the most nominations â 1,000,000 in total â what a joker. Deana expected to receive 22 â pretty good guess. Sheâs wasnât so good at guessing when the first argument would happen â she said Day 22. It was actually Day 1 and she was involved after Lydia took offence to being nominated. Ashleigh said she wouldnât do any arguing as she doesnât like to argue. Weâll ask Lauren how well she managed that one.
Luke S was convinced the first snog would take place on Day 19. Ashleigh said on the first night. They kind of met in the middle â literally â with Asheigh being much closer to the reality - the pair locked lips after three days. Ashleigh was no committal on the sticky subject of sex in the House saying there would, âdefinitely maybeâ, be some duvet action. We all saw her doing the definitely â as did her mum and dad. All the lads predicted some sexy time in the House.
With just a week to go until we crown the winner of Big Brother 2012, we predict a few more tiffs, a snog or two and plenty of lols.
But this is Big Brother and anything can happen.
6.29pm: Sara and Scott are updating BB with the statues' progress so far.
Oh if only they knew that it didn't mean anything..
6.43pm: Scott is telling Sara about his favourite haunts. She's yawning in response
6.50pm: The exhibits have re-entered the secret chamber to find, amongst other things, a pool table and massage chair. Lucky them.
7.03pm: The exhibits are enjoying a revitalising oxygen mask. They are very relaxed right now. We are very jealous.
Day 64: Fun and frolics in the secret chamber
While the guards believe the exhibits are standing still in the museum, they are in fact running a mockery in a secret chamber. The private room has been decked out with treats galore for the exhibits to enjoy - including cakes, a chocolate fountain, slush machine, onesies and much, much more.
To see what the exhibits are up to right now, check out the gallery attached. Warning - it may contain some smug housemates.
Luke A tucking into the chocolate fountain
Pink onesies for the girlies
You can just about see the slush machine in the background
Cake stand with edible shoes
Luke A digging into said edible shoe
The couple get involved with some dips and chips
Deana obviously not privy to this hilarious joke going on behind her
The 'imminent task' sign will flash when an inspection is due
Meanwhile, the guards are having a less than exciting time in the garden
7.19pm: Ashleigh is getting pink highlights courtesy of Deana. Luke S is worried that the guards will notice.
7.28pm: The exhibits are frantically trying to remove their face masks as the 'Inspection imminent' light flashes.
7.38pm: Scott and Sara inspect away. They're giggling but they don't seem to suspect something's been happening
7.44pm: Sara's pronunciation of Tutankhamun is worth the museum entry price alone. She's renamed him "Tootin' Ka-Myoon".
7.50pm: Adam feels the call of nature but his totem pole outfit isn't making life easy for him
^^^^Good task for the statues with goodies to eat and electronic cigs lol
8.00pm: Our curators are munching dinner whilst watching their monitor. They don't suspect a thing as far as we can tell.
8.10pm: The exhibits are back in their positions. They're very good at being inanimate objects.
8.16pm: The curators are telling the exhibitions how well they're doing and to think of the food and cigarettes they'll get.
8.26pm: Deana seems to be stuck in her outfit. She may have to an astronaut forever.
^^^^Good task for the statues with goodies to eat and electronic cigs lol
reminds me of maxwell's room 101 task! (and the one with ais)
I really wish LukeS was a guard though and not getting these goodies
8.38pm: The exhibitions have stepped into the secret room to find that a dinner has been laid out for them. They are ecstatic.
8.40pm: And yes, Deana is still dressed as an astronaut
8.49pm: The curators are doing paperwork in the garden. They're taking their job very seriously.
9.01pm: Our #BBExhibitionists are feasting on a grand old dinner. Outside, Scott and Sara are singing to entertain themselves.
64 Days Later
A lot of stuff can happen in 64 days - we learnt via a quick internet search (so it must be true) that you can breed and deliver a litter of puppies or run 63 marathons in that time, though we wouldn't recommend either unless you've got previous experience. It's basically a long period of time, so imagine spending all of it shacked up in a bungalow in Elstree... While our housemates might not have reached the stage where they've got bushy facial hair or curly finger nails, they've definitely changed since launch night on 5 June.
Look at them! So fresh faced! Who do you think has changed the most though?
9.19pm: Oh dear. Major food-fight. Naughty, naughty housemates.
Scott and Sara are missing out on this madness.
