Day 44: Round-up
Spooky forces were at work in the early hours of this morning, Scott’s flailing limbs accounted for one and the other... it probably came from the other side. Here’s the footage.
Whatever strangeness may have been unleashed was well and truly shoved back into its place come daylight as, despite Luke A’s suspicions about the sincerity of Caroline’s Day 43 apology, relative harmony reigned supreme.
The Insider in-fighting between Adam and Deana was alleviated via a strange but seemingly effective strategy: a Lauren sandwich. The pint-sized bacon-fiend has been PDA-ing with Adam all over the House leading us, and no doubt him, to wonder what the merry hell is going on between them. As ever, we’re just going to have to wait and see.
Scott and Becky provided a bit of light role-play relief with ‘Fat Fridays’ – as amusing as it was we insist that readers DO NOT try any of Sandra or John’s dieting tips at home. Crisps are not a valid nutritional base, okay.
We took advantage of the tranquillity and gave you a jolly good analysis of Deana’s time in the House. Warning: this article may expand your mind.
Task time came in the innovative form of ‘Speed Haters’. Poor Sara suffered five times over with dates from hell with Scott, Conor, Luke A, Adam and Luke S (much to Ashleigh’s agitation). Luke A was the worst date which, in this mixed-up task, meant victory. He shared his lads' night of beers, burgers, games consoles and table football with... *drum roll* Adam. No, we’re not surprised either.
From this point on, we’re afraid to report that it’s been silliness all round. Let’s hope they’ve got their serious faces back on tomorrow. Do they think this is a game or something?
