I think that but according to Philip Edgar Jones on BBLB today it's because the boys have blocked all the drains by throwing their balls (made of Socks) into the guttering thus blocking the rain from going down the drain.

Seriously whatdo they do now? My house got flooded a few years back and it takes MONTHS to dry out properly ( and that was with the walls/floors all removed and dehumidifiers in and on at all times), the house is going to stink of mould over Ultimate BB.
