Actually, BB told a fib there - they will discuss previous conversations when they're disciplining HMs over something they've said (e.g. discussing nominations). [Unless they're being pedantic, and don't count reciting conversations as "discussions"...]
I go for the pedantic option. They don't really get an option to discuss what they've said in those situations, even though they try to.

I pointed this out during "Crispgate": Josie has been frequently "economical with the truth" from day one, but she's got away with it (so far) because she's been able to pass it off as just part of her "sense of humour"...
