I'm hoping so but the company I bought the lappy from are pretending that I don't have an extended warranty even though I've produced evidence to prove I do  - I also registered it with the company that made it and I have a print out of that process but they claim it's not been registered with them either   I've had to get trading standards involved.

I'm hoping it will be fixed and back with me in about a fortnight *crosses fingers*
