Britain's Got Talent hopeful Ryan O'Shaughnessy is in trouble following revelations that he featured on rival show The Voice of Ireland.
The 19-year old singer impressed judges with his performance of 'No Name' this evening (March 31), but angered Voice producers who were unaware that he had signed up for Britain's Got Talent, The Irish Sun reports.
Fortunately for O'Shaughnessy, he was kicked out of The Voice of Ireland on his first night.
Larry Bass, CEO of production company Shinawil which produces The Voice Of Ireland, said: "We weren't aware of anything about Britain's Got Talent until the day of the first live shows.
"I'm sure that they must have been just as p*ssed off as us when they found out about it.
"Ryan had signed our contract first and we told him he was obliged to sing with us, even though he had progressed in Britain's Got Talent."
Bass continued: "[The Voice of Ireland coach] Brian [Kennedy] knew nothing about anything that was going on with BGT and, if he had chosen to keep Ryan in, he would've had to continue with us or face legal consequences."
Prior to his talent search auditions, O'Shaughnessy acted in Irish soap Fair City.

BGT (along with X Factor) makes me feel uncomfortable in the audition rounds.....

Some of the acts (Typed loosely) shown on TV (to many viewers) are either taking the micky and just want to be on TV for a dare or a laugh....but the others who really 'think' they have talent, and clearly do not, are being led out onto a stage to be 'laughed' at for entertainment (money)...harks back to Victorian/Edwardian  times....about time we stopped this mocking of people.

I like David Walliams.

I like him on this.  I don't mind Simon either.  And I liked wotsisface the comedian; McIntyre.

I just can't stand Alesha and Amanda.

What about Carmen?

Never stopped liking Cowell
