i did this a while back turned my comp into an internet server with forums blah blah if peeps are concerned you can actually create your own forum not that diff

There's a lot of scarmongering going on I think BB and it's causing a panic. I couldn't get in either and it was all down to me using the Update Account box not the log in box.

We are not going to leave anyone behind. You were there on our last big move BB, you know how hard we all worked in making sure the fm's that only posted during Big Brother could find us.
Lori will and has been taking any fm with a problem through it step by step (but easier for her to do cos she has admin functions).
Also... I am watching Ducky do it and I will try and help also... so will others.

I have read every thread on it. We liked the format when we signed up. It looked just like C4, it felt just like C4. I don`t want to sound ungrateful but I`ll say it again. I don`t like the format of the new forum. It`s not user friendly. It`s less intimate than here. I like the cosiness of this forum.
I won`t be around much if it stays that way.
I think its still "under construction" tho' Scotty.....I agree it doesn't look as user friendly as here but I think those things are just cosmetic and hopefully will be ironed out in the future. Like Kaffy said earlier.....its the people that make the difference between a good or bad forum so hopefully by the time we're evicted from here it will be a fairly painless process to post in the "clouds"

I think many have had that experience LL.
When I logged in however... it accepted my email and password no problem but I had to fill in some extra stuff.... like birth date etc? It is this process that has led to some minor problems. All solved by the mods easy enough.

I had used a different password when we initially signed up with Groupee and that's the one they were looking for. When I registered here i used a shorter one. I asked them to send me my password and when I used that it was fine.
Then I used the while box at the top of the page to try and log on but that's only for changing your password. Once I used livecloud.ie and the right password I was in.
It was simple mistakes on my part really.

If you are using the logo at the top... the "update account" option is a password CHANGE facility NOT a login!
I did that same thing for a long time... thinking it was just ignoring my password.
