Is everything going well with your youngest son?

Yes, the dunces hat was a bit cruel.

All is well with youngest son. He and his GF are about to start decorating the livingroom - let's hope they survive the trauma!

Some others have been having cogs tonight.

I went put to lock up the garage and the top hinge is falling off the gate. I'll need to try to fix it in the morning. Hubby is working.

He has come into the bedroom moaning "Daddy Bear isn't well! I need some more sympathy". He has a cold!

Better go now, so he can have the light out and get some sleep, catch up tomorrow. Goodnight, sweet dreams, Summer.

Hugs for Ros and Moonie.

wouldn't special delivery or whatever they call it now be better EL for important stuff?

Good morning everyone. Too dark outside to say what the weather is doing, except to say it is not raining.

Lovely owls, Moonie.

El, Ros makes a good point about Special Delivery for your client's documents, as it guarantees next day delivery.

Middle son and DiL might be visiting today, otherwise, I have no plans.

Have a good day, everyone.

Good morning everyone

Quite cloudy here but the rain forecast in my area is now that the main rain won't be until this evening.

I saw that client yesterday evening and that meeting went OK. She said initially that she had a Polish lesson (she's Polish ) on Friday evenings which is why she couldn't see me then. I replied, do you mean Friday or Thursday?. She then said Thursday.

(So if she gets Thursdays and Fridays mixed up that would explain it )

Czwartek is Thursday, Piątek Friday

It was almost like watching a red sun rise, until it got higher, lifted above the clouds and turned blue/white. The man in the moon appeared then

That sounds magical Summer, wish I'd seen that, and I still love the man in the moon.  I am probably one of the few people left that it reminds them of Creamola

Good morning everyone, aww at Mr Yogi, I hope you are giving him lots of TLC.

I agree about the Special Delivery, I was very alarmed yesterday to see a quote supposedly made by a Post Office spokesman that they cannot guarantee any delivery of any post, no matter where it's going.  The standard of the mail service in this country is getting worse and worse year by year and it's set to get even worse I think sadly

Is your client giving a Polish lesson or teaching someone else to speak Polish EL?  She wouldn't be having a lesson surely as she is Polish   I hope her recognition of the days of the week gets better or she is in for a very confusing time

Have a great day everyone.

I got up early and made hubby some tea and toast before he went off to work, Squiggle. He says he feels slightly better today (But he'll still moan a lot).

Creamola Foam is a blast from the past - I loved it!

You are right about El's client, she needs to sort out her Thursday/Friday issue or her life could become very confused.

You might be interested to know that Creamola Fizz has been recreated (though no sign of the man in the moon logo):

You could well be right, you must have wondered though

It's amazing the odd little snippets of information tucked away in our brains.  I think it was Alan Coren who described the memory as like little men ferreting through a giant filing cabinet

We all need a little cossetting from our nearest and dearest when we are feeling a little under the weather don't we Yogi?
