Just been down to local shops. 15 minutes to get down, against the wind. 7 Minutes to get with the wind

As I was near to home I noticed a beautiful rainbow over the park down the road. If me fingers hadn't have been white I would have taken a piccie

No rain at that time. Got into the house. Its bucketing down and blowing the proverbial gale too

Hi Skylark I hope you manage to get back later. Stay safe

Moonie

Aww Summer, as Squiggle said, sometimes these things sneak up on you. I hope you are feeling brighter today.

I managed to go shopping. Weather is still wet and windy and we've had snow and hailstones too!

Oh good, a quiz.

Lucky Moonie, seeing a rainbow.

Skylark, I hope you manage to get a decent internet connection later on.

My parents are off on holiday today - on a plane! I hope the wind subsides before they take off.

I'm not keen on flying, Moonie. I'm not terrified of flying, I just don't like it - and I am always very relieved when we touch down.

I think my parents were mad to fly in this weather but they are very determined people and have flown through stormy weather on more than one ocassion.

Do you have an idea of what to get for your sis? I think half the problem is I don't know what to get for my lot.

My mum says she doesn't want presents, just photos!

My dad always says he doesn't need anything.

one DiL and two sons gave me some ideas but the rest are going to get pinned down until they give me some hints.
