night yogi summer moons
Goodnight Ros. Sleep well. Sweet dreams
Keep smiling, hope tomorrow is better for you
I'm laying in, and stretching out and Bramble is laying on my feet
I hope everyone slept well
Moonie, thanks for the owls, they're lovely all bundled together like that
Good morning everyone. Another rainy day up here.
Summer, that pic reminded me of a noisy cockerel we had, when my dad kept chicken. He made a great alarm clock but I'm not sure the neighbours appreciated him when they were day off.
Enjoy your lie in and I hope you don't have any noisy cockerels near you.
Moonie, I Like the pic with the owl and her chicks.
Have a good day everyone.
there's one somewhere nearby, but he doesn't make noise for long.
Good morning everyone
Another rather cloudy day here today,
Off to the doctors this morning, may get the results from last week.

My dad didn't name him - but I'm sure the neighbours had plenty of names for him.
Good morning everyone

Good morning, El. Hope all goes well at the doctors.
Good morning everyone, so sorry to hear that it's a stressful time for you Ros
Hope you are enjoying your lovely lazy day Summer.
Yesterday was just a bad day for the knees Yogi, not getting the balance of the medication right. There's one I have been taking which experience shows is great but can reach a point where it makes the knee feel tight resulting in a very stiff and painful knee. So I have eased off that one now, I swear by glucosamine though. And yes I find Movelat rubbed in eases the pain, the inflammation and the stiffness. I hope the form filling went well and that your Mum cooked something really tasty. I bet she finds the wee one enchanting too. What sort of thing did you get up to with PB on her visit, it's lovely looking at the world through their eyes, you wait until Christmas, what a time that's going to be
Moonie I hope today is an OK day for you. I hope all goes well at the docs EL.
Squiggle, I hope the right balance for your medication can be found
My visit to the doctors went OK and my results from last week's tests are normal.
Squiggle, I too hope they can balance your meds and ease the pain & stiffness. Does resting help or make it stiff?
I've just got back from my walk so having a quick 5 mins rest before I need to get ready to go out. It looks very gloomy outside but it's actually really mild
Form filling has been postponed for today and so has my lunch date with hubby. Never mind, tomorrow is another day.
Squiggle, I hope you get the pain relief for your knee sorted out.
El, I'm glad all went well at the doctors.
Summer, it's cloudy and grey but quite mild, up here too.
Moonie, I hope your day is going okay.
Resting is the answer Summer, although sometimes chance would a fine thing
I was checking my emails this afternoon and found an email in the spam folder. At first sight it appeared to be from Lloyds bank which is where I bank and was about a payment notification. It would have had a zip file attached but Virgin had suppressed it so my computer is safe. I've done a bit of research and it is a scam with a trojan virus attached. I think this is one which is aimed at businesses rather than the general public. One of the things which made me question it was that I could see that someone else with an email address alphabetically next to mine had also received the email.
I've been in touch with my bank and have forwarded the email to their department which deals with email scams.
@ the scammers. Glad you didn't get caught out by them, El.
Thanks Yogi.
I've also sent an email to the other recipient to warn them not to open the zip file.
Well done EL, these scammers are getting more active I am sure, I had one yesterday purporting to be from Paypal, I forwarded it onto them.
I've had Trojans in the past and they are extremely tricky to get rid of, it always resulted in my having to wipe my pc completely clean and start again from scratch
Yes, Trojan is a pain to get rid of. I remember hubby having to wipe our desktop when we got lumbered with Trojan.
Been on the phone to my mum for ages. I don't need to do the form filling until next week and she isn't worrying about it any more.
Have you had a good day?
Have you had a good day?
She's okay - but even if she wasn't, she'd still say she was.
For an hour.
Any plans for tomorrow?
