I've switched over to The Fried Chicken Shop programme. All those chicken and chips are making me hungry. I haven't eaten any dinner tonight - yet!

I got baseball on now but I had the pub grub bloke on earlier 

Who is the pub grub bloke?

I dunno his name Yogi  I was channel hopping and I came across him on Beeb2 

 I have no idea who he is, so I will go into Miss Marple mode and track him down.

I just rang my sister  It was called Proper pub grub with Tom Kerridges  if I got it right 

 That saves me going into PI mode.

 

 It's all kicking off in the fried chicken shop.

 

There was going to be some fisticuffs, but some policemen diffused the situation.

I did actually Sweet. First cooking programme I have watched where I could have eaten all the meals 

Brilliant they quite often are unrealistic recipes on cooking shows aren't they.
Do you watch man vs. food? I like that show

Another cloudy here today but dry.

 

Summer, I dislike Man vs Food as it seems to be more to try to justify gluttony rather than being a cooking programme.

 

 

Good morning everyone, I don't seem to watch any cooking programmes, dunno why - probably because I tend to read more and only watch certain programmes.  I see there is going to be a new series of The Paradise, what with Strictly, Downton and The Paradise we are being spoiled (you are spoiling us Ambassador)

 

Off to M & S to stock up soon, also off to Pets at Home as my grandson is going to come and stay for a while and no doubt Tilly will be staying quite a bit too.  I'm looking for a nice cosy dogbed for her, and maybe a brush and a squeaky toy while I'm there.

Summer, we watch Man V Food and most other cooking programmes (Food is Mr Yogi's obsession hobby. Have you seen recent pics of Adam from Man V Food? He has lost over 60lbs since he stopped making the show.

I have to confess, that Adam from man vs. food is one of my secret crushes I don't know why, he just had something about him!
I knew he'd lost some weight but didn't know it was that much I'll go google him

El, the first couple of series were about food challenges, but after his health scare, they changed the format somewhat so that he didn't take part in eating like that. He just reported on various interesting eateries
