Keep your fingers crossed for dry weather, that's the one thing we can't plan in advance.
It's full length - and beautiful!
So long as she doesn't stick to the paint!
Why not!
I'm going now as I'm starting to wilt. Goodnight Summer, sweet dreams.
Gloss is so sticky!

Sunny here, there's a possibility of a shower today but it's forecast to be a decent week here.
Squiggle, I hope you have a pleasant excursion today and avoid the showers.
Summer, well done on completing the painting.

I love that owl pic EL, it's much better than mine
So glad the decorating is finished Summer, hope you are enjoying a lovely lay-in. Yogi so pleased you found the right accessories I bet it will be a beautiful day and I hope the weather is kind.
Moonie, you're back hope you're feeling much better.
Squiggle, I've had to replace the picture with a link to it for copyright reasons. The artist is an illustrator of children's books and her paintings are collected by people around the world,
Good morning everyone. Breezy and chilly up here today.
I love the owl and moon pic, El. The moon has a lovely smile.
Thanks Squiggle, so long as it stays dry, we will be quite happy.
Hug for Moonie.
At least the gloss will have been dry by 8am, so Bramble won't have stuck to it.
Summer, church was fine today. Our new vicar is likeable and I get on well with her.
As soon as I spotted the owl/moon picture I knew I had to post it here because it is delightful
Someone has posted his photos of some epic failures in his attempts at using one of these 3D printers

Summer, it tends to be quite quiet in August for church social events due to people taking holidays. The main event was yesterday with a Summer Show in Longlevens at the Village Hall and the Community Centre with an exhibition of vegetables, flowers, flower arranging, cookery and crafts split between adult entrants and children entrants. There has also been a flower festival at our church which carried on to today. So it's been a combined community event which was good. Although Longlevens has around 12,000 people, there is still a touch of village community spirit to be found.
Oops! Can you trim the ends yourself?
It's good that your new vicar is settling in well, El.
Was it today that Squiggle was going out for a long drive with family? I hope the weather stayed nice for them.
I hope he's feeling a bit better.
I did, thanks Summer. My eldest son and Dil came for dinner and I had lots of PB cuddles. She was in a very 'chatty' mood - lots of noises, which had a sort of talking/singing/whinging sound, and made us laugh. She is becoming very vocal now, which is not surprising as we are a very chatty family!
How did your day go, did you get a chance to relax?
I also hope Moonie is back with us soon.
