Good morning everyone.    Hope you are all well today.  I will be off to the shops in a little while but will be back later.

El Loro, I cannot believe the difference in speed, it's amazing.  No.1 son said that Tesco had probably rationed the speed we could get because they have too many customers to cope with.  Hopefully all will be well from now on (fingers crossed).  Everything has been done by No.1 son to set the email up etc and it comes and goes via Outlook as before.  I don't have to do anything different than I've done in the past.

As a test I watched one of the longer videos on the Channel 4 BB website and it played through from start to finish without any blips or stopping!!  I believe BT Infinity is coming to our area either towards the end of this year or the beginning of next year so if we want to we will be able to get super, super fast speeds then.  However it seems SO fast now I don't know if we will need to do that.

Have you changed your email address on this site yet?  If so did you have any problems getting back onto the site?  Were there any delays or emails involved.  I've not changed over yet.  I thought I would ask you first.

Catch up with you all later.  Have a good day whatever you are doing.

Good morning everyone, so pleased that the changeover has gone so well for Joyron and El Loro, its so frustrating when your broadband is slow.  And when I think back now 10 years to when I first went online, with dial-up, it seems positively archaic   I don't know eh, the changes we have lived through in our lifetime.

Joyron, yes I have changed my email address here - it's very simple.

If you do log in when you come here, do so as normal.
Click on this link to your own Edit Profile page. Although I have made this link for you, only you can access it.
Just to the right of your old email address, you will see the usual Edit icon. Click on this and you will see your old email address, Clear that and enter your new email address. You will also need to enter your password. Then click on the Edit email button. This will update the address.
Although you will see the new address, underneath it will say something like not yet verified. What happens is that they send you an email immediately to your new email address asking you to verify the address. There is a verify link on that email which you just click on and this will complete the process. If you were to return to your Edit Profile page, you would then see that the new address has been verified.

The lineup for the first ever series of Celebrity Coach Trip has been revealed.

Legendary tour guide Brendan Sheerin will host the two-week expedition around Europe, which will start with five famous duos heading out on a new adventure. The most popular couple at the end of the trip will win a ÂĢ1,000 prize for charity.

Taking part in the show are slapstick comedy double act The Chuckle Brothers, party girls Bianca Gascoigne and Big Brother 7's Imogen Thomas and ex-EastEnders duo Ricky Groves and Alex Ferns.

Completing the lineup are friends Carol Harrison and Ingrid Tarrant and The Apprentice star Raef Bjayou and Big Brother 11's Benjamin Duncan.

Tasks for the famous faces will include sausage making, a ballet lesson, Soviet tank riding and a visit to a beer spa. Filming is already underway in Prague and they will be heading to Germany later this week.

The success of the five normal series of the show prompted Channel 4's head of daytime Helen Warner to commission the first ever celeb run of the 12 Yard production.

Celebrity Coach Trip will air in November on Channel 4.

Morning EL same here cold but sunny. I'm busy printing up envelopes for birthday and anniversary cards, the cards I did yesterday.  Will you watch Coach Trip do you think?  Hope everyone is well, much excitement up your way Yogi with the Pope's visit, though a little further over than you I believe.  Joyron not long to go now   Skylark have you seen that Ben is on Coach Trip, something for us all to look forward to. . Bye catch you all later.

EL Coach Trip, though, is a little bit more educational than BB (OK not much I admit ) but the tour guide (Brendan) is a hoot and they do go to interesting places.  Yesterday on the non-celeb version I watched (I am a little behind the current showing) they played ice hockey and had a sauna while beating themselves with birch twigs - I'm not selling this to you am I?

Afternoon everyone.  Hope you are all well.  Sorry I've not been on before.  Had a busy morning.

It's been quite sunny here today but it's certainly turned much colder.  If it stays like this for much longer the heating will have to go on!!

I have always enjoyed Coach Trip and I will certainly be watching the Celebrity version if our Ben is going on the trip.

Hope to be back later.

Now you are being a facetious parrot!
But in the nicest possible way, said he modestly.

Yesterday, I rang someone I know on his mobile, but his mobile cut out as soon as he answered. Later on he rang me and explained that his mobile phone battery had run out whilst he was driving past Uttoxeter racecourse. I replied saying that he should take greater care with these batteries because they love racing, and when they go past a racecourse they are likely to run out of the phone and sprint down the race track. He agreed and said that he had had quite a job keeping up with the battery, but eventually captured it when it fell over at one of the fences.

I'm pleased to hear that Yogi.  I've also realised a a couple of sad facts.  1.  In five weeks we will be back in British waters and coming back home, and back to earth!!!  2.  For the two weeks we are away I will not have the pleasure of your company.

I'm going to take this internet site address with me and if by any chance I get to have a go on the ship's computer system I will try and log in.  However that said, bearing in mind hubby's total dismay at my internet activities both here and BB related, that is probably a distant hope.  However I promise I WILL try.

What lovely responses Yogi and E Loro.

I will certainly be looking out for you El Loro when I'm sipping chanpagne cocktails on our balcony.  Please feel free to rest awhile after your long flight out to see us.

Yogi, unfortunately hubby never seems to sleep but if I can persuade him to visit  the cyber cafe to send some emails/photos home to our boys perhaps I might be able to log in then.  I live in hope anyway but, as El Loro says, I WILL be with you all in spirit anyway.
