I've been over to M&S in Cheltenham for the first time in a couple of weeks and to celebrate here's some of their apricot tart:

I bought a box of 2 slices of that M&S apricot tart for the weekend - the whole tart would have been a bit much for one person .
The other boxes of 2 slices are their morello cherry almond frangipane tart and their tarte au citron (lemon). They may have other boxes of 2 slices but those are the ones I've seen.

These desserts are part of M&S Ultimate Range, and are the best selling dessert range in the UK atm.
Got all three sons, plus their OHs and PB visiting this afternoon. 
I'm going to have to fight for my PB cuddles, there's too much competition.

Your tea sounds delicious, Summer. I roasted a large chicken and we had it cold, with baby potatoes and salad, followed by strawberries and ice cream.
All my visitors have gone home now. PB was a little bit grizzly due to the heat, so she only wanted her mum to hold her. I did manage a quick cuddle when she first arrived.
Aw oh no, poor little PB! I expect the heat is uncomfortable for her, is she taking her milk all the same or is she off her food a bit too?
Bramble dislikes having her fur plucked, some little nips are inevitable I'm afraid lol but she's easily bribed with well positioned treats

She is drinking little and often - DiL says it's like having a newborn again. However, she is managing to sleep through the night, probably because it's cooler then.
Poor Bramble, plucking doesn't sound the best way to get a haircut.
I'm sure the treats make up for being a bit uncomfortable though.

I like that he does it himself though, I think she would be unhappy in a grooming parlour. We let her have some beef, and some duck, she will do anything for a slice of meat

I don't understand why they did it, unless they are stupid enough to believe that the possibility of a fumble beneath the sheets would bring in more viewers. Most BB viewers hate the fauxmance rubbish and aren't interested in listening to slobbering and heavy breathing under the duvet.

Well said yogi, I don't care for it either, it's not entertaining. Plus, if they really liked each other, they wouldn't fumble under the duvet on national TV, they would go on a proper date after they left the house

I can't believe magazines still pay for those kind of stories, I wouldn't care enough to read them, let alone buy the magazine
We think bramble has a grass seed or something stuck up her nose/throat, she keeps making noises like she's trying to clear something out. I wish the vet was open tomorrow- has Kiera ever done that?

Keira has a tendency to stick her head in bushes, and quite recently she seemed to have something stuck in her nose, which was making her snuffle. It was at night when the vet was closed and it wasn't really worthy of an emergency vet visit, luckily it seemed to dislodge itself by the morning. She probably had a big sneeze during the night.
Phew that makes me feel better, lets hope bramble's thingee dislodges too, she's snuffling. Mr summer is worrying, I said we'll just keep a close eye on her and call the vets if need be
