Awww I know it was inevitable but it's still very sad.  Poor Mr Summer, it will be a shock, losing a parent always is even if you know it's coming.

Just popping in to pass on my heartfelt sympathies Sweet. Look after yourselves as best you can at this horrible time.

Moonie pull the bedroom curtains over to stop the sun shining in, it really does help.  It was certainly a ceiling fan night.  I wish I could drop off without a covering but I can't, still the summer duvet is nice and light.

I forgot to mention yesterday that my shoulder has improved so that I was able to drive my car again It was a short local journey as I didn't want to risk a long one.

I've also had another new client, someone I know at church. I'm seeing him next Monday but expect it to be quite straightforward and routine.

That's brilliant news EL, it means that you can get your life back on track.  I know you will have worked really hard at the exercises to be getting back to normal this quickly, well done.

Squiggle, I'm pleased with the progress of my shoulder but there's still some way to go before it's fully recovered and it will probably take weeks rather than days. The doctor estimated it would take 8 weeks and I'm only one and a half weeks along. The important thing is that I'm now able to do things such as driving and doing up my shoes without too much discomfort.
