Hi Summer. I am delighted Sallie has gone. Did you see her interview with Emma? What a foul-mouthed, rude, ignorant girl!

Keira doesn't keep the toys in the box either. I ought to have trained her to "tidy up" her toys when she was a pup. Now she just looks at me as if to say "I brought them out the box, so now it's your turn to put them back".

Hope you MiL is feeling brighter.

Going for a bubble bath before bed. Goodnight Summer and Moonie, sweet dreams.

Enjoy your bath Yogi. Nitey nite. Sleep well and have a good weekend

Good morning everyone

Dry at present here but showers forecast during today. Quite windy and forecast temperatures down from the last few days.

Last night I watched that Katherine Hepburn film "Christopher Strong" which I mentioned last week. There's one scene where she is wearing a rather unusual outfit (for what we expect of her films).

Notice the antennae.

Oh no worries Yogi, I always catch up the day after but I expect to find out the result when I log into the forum.  I enjoy it more if I know who's going.  Like you I was a little fed up with big mouth Sallie.  I am beginning to think Sophie might have hidden depths.  I know she has been quiet so far but maybe not a bad thing.  Time will tell.  Don't like Dan, can't say why, Dexter is complex but maybe a bad 'un in the long run.  Not a bad lot this year on the whole.

Good morning  afternoon everyone

I am very disorganised today. I slept until 9-45  thudLucky me

I have shopped so am plonked in front of the telly/lappy now

El, nice of your 'disorganised now ex client' to finally tell you she doesn't require your services

Hi Yogi  I hope you have recovered from your 'cuddles fest'

Hi Squiggle. Fankoo muchly

I think you have had a lucky escape, she probably would have been more bother than she was worth, El.

I'm glad I didn't spoil things for you, Squiggle.

I agree with you about Sophie, she seems a nice girl.

Dexter is a complex character and I think he is far less self-confident than he would like us to believe. For all his bluster, I think he wants to be liked. Some of the nonsense he comes out with is ridiculous and makes me laugh, hence my tongue-in-cheek "membership" in Vid's Dexter Fanclub thread. I do have a get-out clause though.

I can't stand Dan and think he is smug and cocky. He dishes out criticism of others but can't take any criticism of himself. No likey!

I think I may have found out who Mrs D has gone to instead of me as he has an advert in one of the local mags which gets delivered. His advert has a table of fees varying on the level of sales. The fees are very low and I wouldn't attempt to match them. He's a qualified accounting technician rather than a qualified accountant. If I were to make a comparison with the medical profession he would be a qualified nurse and I would be a qualified doctor.

As we all know, the cheapest option can often end up being more costly in the end. Sensible people realise the worth of having a good accountant.

Very true

He may end up with too much work for very little money.
