They have started putting up fake shop fronts up here, too. I guess it looks better than having obviously vacant premises.

I feel your pain, I get serious withdrawal symptoms when I can't get on the net.

Not quite a full house, we were missing youngest son and his GF.

Well, my dining table only seats 6, so Mr Yogi and I would have been relegated to the couch with our dinner on trays.

Yes, we are lucky that all three sons live quite close, so we get to see them often.

It must be terrible for parents who's children are all over the country let alone the world. But as you say you lucky 

I find it hard if we go a week without seeing ours - and that's with phone calls and texts to keep in touch - so I'd hate it if they were on the other side of the world.

Hoot hoot! *night owls* ^change the names to yogi, mr yogi, pink bundle yogi, master yogi and miss yogi... I'm pleased to see there was some relaxation going on around here today (good show moonie) and hope everyone had a lovely day. Work was very busy, I'm glad I can lay in tomorrow. Then went to visit MIL, who was in cheerful spirits. She declined visits from other family members because she's too tired and too weak, which is understandable. She is being closely monitored and well looked after, which is reassuring Squiggle thank you for praying for her Hope to see you all tomorrow, sweet dreams x

Wonderful service this morning, very interesting sermon.  The minister in his sermon told of a gift given to The Queen 60 years ago during her Coronation.  She was told this was the most valuable thing this world affords, can you guess what it was?  (No cheating now ) And also told us what I think is a most interesting fact, during the first Queen Elizabeth's Coronation she had the bible read in English for the first time ever.

Hi Summer I hope it's not humid where you are.  I love it when it's fresh but hate it when it gets sticky.  Sounds like you are off to a good start to the day with bramble having the luxury of a little get together with the 2 of you.  Hope all goes well with the grocery shopping, if you get back much later when I've logged off happy chatting and hope we can coincide more tomorrow   Hope MiL is having a good day.
