Good morning everyone. The sun is shining atm. According to Yahoo Weather, I  have a mere 20% chance of rain! I might manage to get some weeding done.

I fell asleep at 10pm and didn't wake until 7.30am. I hope you all slept well too.

Good morning everyone

It has stopped raining here. I'll be going out in an hour to see that client out in the middle of nowhere. I've been checking to see if there are any news of flooding. Although there has been flooding in Herefordshire, it's to the west of Hereford rather than the east which is where I'm going.

Summer, I hope you had a good night's sleep and are feeling better this morning

My goodness what a night, gale force winds and I've never seen the rain so bad, we must have had 20 power cuts one after the other, I think the forecast for the weekend is bad too, the weather forecaster winced and said he would tell us later and it wasn't good news

Squiggle, that was some weather you had It rained throughout the night here but I don't think the wind was as bad and there don't seem to have been any power cuts here.

I'm off out now and won't be back until mid-afternoon. I will keep an eye out for flooding problems though most of the journey is on A or B roads. See you later

I made use of the couple of hours of sunshine I've had, by weeding the borders in the front garden. The garden refuse wheelie bin is now half full! 

I'm having a nice cup of tea now - before I  make a start on the ironing.

Hi Aims. I have a golden retriever - very similar to a labrador retriever, except she has a longer coat. My eldest son has a big bouncy lab though, and I'd love to see the video. I will blub, if it's a tear jerker.

I hadn't weeded the borders for ages, I think there were more weeds than there were flowers and shrubs. Anyway, it is weed free for the moment.

I have put up the ironing board, got the iron out and the shirts are sitting on the ironing board. I'm almost ready to get started.
