That's very true

You can still come on but have your blinkers on, then you wont be tempted

I haven't got any blinkers, do you think these would do?

In recent months, I seem to have developed typing dyslexia. I'm always having to edit my posts.

Good morning everyone. It's already raining here.

I managed to cut the front lawn a couple of days ago but wanted to get the borders weeded today, and Mr Yogi was going to cut the back grass - not a hope!

Summer, the daddy owl looks like he is related to Victor Meldrew.

Squiggle, that's a lovely colourful pic to cheer us up on a grey day.

Going to the garden centre today. They usually have coffee and walnut cake in the little restaurant/cafÃĐ.

Have a good day everyone.

Coffe and walnut cake  I finished mine on Friday so I may have to get some more in.

It's starting to rain here but at least it kept away this morning. It's not particularly warm and some people in church were mentioning that. The church heating has always been turned off by this time of year but the temperature is about 5 degrees centigrade below average for May.

I resisted the cake, El. Tbh, we were too full, after having eaten a cooked breakfast before we left home. We settled for a cup of tea when we got back.

*Passes several slices to Yogi* there you go

Thank you, Moonie. Angel Cake, with no calories involved, is my idea of bliss.

My brother takes sandwiches to work each day. Each sandwich is made from two slices of white Warburton bread, but only 1 of these are buttered, and he puts one cheese slice in each sandwich. He also has a banana and a slice of angel cake.

He's been having the same for the last 30 years. So he may hold the record for eating angel cake.

I do eat angel cake from time to time but if I ate it every day I would get totally bored with it.

That reminds me of a story my grandmother told me about her dad, who had cheese sandwiches for lunch, every single day of his working life.

I think I could eat a slice of Angel Cake every day and never get fed up with it.

I wouldn't be surprised if one day my brother wakes up to find that he has changed into an angel cake
