I saw Lori's thread about the app and have posted in the thread. I actually prefer to use the browser rather than the app now, as I don't have to remember smiley codes. Also, if you turn the iPad to a horizontal position, the font size and keyboard size are larger.

Good morning everyone, ooh it takes me back seeing the box of French fancies, my mum used to send me down the bakers for an assortment of fancies, yellow is my favourite too, haven't had one in ages.
I do hope Summer will be able to access the site through the browser, it's interesting to know that you are doing that more now Yogi than using the app. I find it fairly easy to access the site that way but I know some other people have more problems with needing the text to be bigger etc.

Good morning, Squiggle. Apart from holding the ipad in a horizontal, rather than vertical position, which enlarges text size, you can also 'pull' the screen, which makes the text even bigger.

I can still access the site from my iPhone using the browser, hopefully the mobile version of the site will still exist. It's just so quick & easy using the appEmergency pancakes for Summer (I am sure it will all work out)

I am sure it will work Summer it's just a question of adjusting, it might seem a little slower at first but you will get used to it. You would have laughed at me yesterday I was doing a brain training thing on the kindle. You have about 5 exercises a day and one was remembering words. Well they put a list of words up and then you were supposed to enter as many as you remember. I must have misunderstood the instructions because I am yelling at it 'I don't have a keyboard' but then I realised, too late, that you are supposed to hit the tick box, and then up pops the keyboard and the words disappear and you put in the ones you can remember. I scored nil

If anyone didn't watch the Antiques Road Trip from yesterday can I suggest you watch it on the iPlayer? It was a wonderful (and surprising not to say amazing) show, set in Scotland, the auction was in Buckie and the people there as well as the experts came over as simply lovely. Highly recommended.
I too have an electric chair, but it's a little portable one that massages your back. Santa gave it to me

Yes I will get used to the new way of forumming, and more importantly than any of the techy stuff, I'm just pleased to still be able to be here she's really tired though and gone to bed (must be jet lag) I can't wait to talk to her tonight!
