Article gives recommended maximum units per day and examples of units per type of drink. Article doesn't talk about people intending to drive.

Good afternoon It's been a gorgeous, sunny morning here so I just couldn't lay in bed. I got up and took Bramble for a walk on the beach! How spooky yogi? See if you can spot bramble here... She made some friends of the same kind and had a great time playing with them for at least a mile
