Too late, I've already bought the egg!

Drat

He did get me a contract sim for my mobile today. I have always had PAYG but I text loads more since youngest moved out and it was costing me a bomb, so he surprised me with a new contract sim. He's a good 'un really.

In that case he deserves his Easter egg  especially if he pays the contract every month

 He is paying the contract.

Thanks Moonie. I didn't want to give anything away.

Good morning everyone. A nice frosty morning, with no sign of snow.

My middle son is coming to visit today.

When youngest son moved out, he left us in loco parentis of his tropical fish, and now we get a weekly inspection from middle son (AKA the Fish Police). I hope he doesn't issue us with an Improvement Notice, as I have been working hard on my fish keeping skills.

Yogi19

Good morning everyone, not quite as cold I think and a bit of blue sky.

Chocolate and cheese in an egg, wow sounds like it would give you a migraine.

Hope you pass the fish inspection Yogi.  Keeping tropical fish was an eye opener for me, the angel fish look so lovely but they were so aggressive and the siamese fighting fish was ever so peaceful as long he was the only one of his species, they are supposed to fight if you put two together, I don't know how they ever make babies, but I could be getting muddled and it's only two males that fight

Have a good day everyone, and lots of chocolate to look forward to for everyone tomorrow

squiggle

Squiggle, I remember when my eldest son kept tropical fish (all three have kept fish) and had two angel fish, which had to have been the biggest fish bullies ever. They killed every other fish he introduced to the tank and then would fight each other! It wasn't nice to watch and he was actually relieved when they eventually died.

Fish Police middle son is well informed about tropical fish and will be our unofficial advisor to make sure we don't introduce aggressive fish to our tank.

Oh my word, Mr Yogi has just asked if he can have his second Easter Egg today!  I said, "NOOOOO!"

Yogi19

I think that chocolate and cheese egg was a one-off as it doesn't look as if the business still makes them. The cheese filling was a mix of white stilton and apricot jam.

Cheltenham lost yesterday against Port Vale. Port Vale is likely to be in the automatic promotion places. Although Cheltenham are likely to get into the promotion play off places, this result does show that Cheltenham would really struggle in a higher league.

El Loro

In my post today was a letter and form which was about "Publication of companies and VAT Registration Numbers in the UK Corporate Portal 2013". The letter refers to putting an entry on a website and saying no costs are incurred. The letter goes on to ask me to complete the enclosed form for further information about my VAT registration number, web address, search words etc.

But being a touch suspicious I did a check and found that this is a scam.

The form is in fact for an entry into the directory on their website and costs ÂĢ797. It also commits you to a minimum of 4 years so that's a scam costing ÂĢ3,188 in total.

So, I think I'll give this one a miss.
