Evening Sweet
I wish I had ordered Indian, Summer. I was so looking forward to my Chinese and it was awful.
No wonder Bramble doesn't want to stay out, it is baltic! Keira and Harvey are out and back in, in record time tonight.
Its plain to see domesticated animals don't like snow
Keira loves deep snow but we only have a centimetre and there's a freezing wind blowing a gale.
I need to go out and lock the garage, but I don't want to go!
If I'm not back in 5, send out the huskies with a search party.
Off for a bath and a read before bed.
Goodnight Moonie and Summer, see you tomorrow.

Goodnight Moonie and Summer, see you tomorrow.
Enjoy your
Nite nite. Sleep well
Good morning everyone. We have had quite a bit of snow overnight, so the dogs are happy. It doesn't look like the gritters have been round yet. They better hurry up as I need to go out in the afternoon.
I hope the weather is better where you are. If not, then I hope you can stay safe and warm indoors.
Good morning everyone
Skylark, I hope you can get some much needed relaxation some time over the weekend
Yogi, you should have gone for a balti being so baltic out there.
Here the rain has turned to snow in the last hour. To what extent it settles on the roads remains to be seen. As I did my shopping yesterday I have no need to go out today.
I don't know if the Cheltenham away match to Barnet is going ahead today or not because of the weather but Barnet is near the bottom of the table and this is a match which Cheltenham should be expected to win. If the match goes ahead Barnet will be without their player/manager who is serving the second of a 2 match ban. Barnet's player/manager is none other than Edgar Davids who is now 40 but had a high profile playing career playing for several of the major European teams over the years. Even if the name means little to you, the chances are that you would recognise him as he is the only major footballer (as far as I know) to always wear goggles whilst playing. He has to wear them because he suffers from glaucoma.
I wish I had gone for a balti, El.
Mr Yogi has heard of Edgar Davids.
Good morning everyone, no snow down here but it is cold. Hope you are all managing to stay warm and Yogi I hope the gritters get there soon so you can go out this afternoon. Here is a lovely Spring scene to give us hope of warmer weather soon
Beautiful pic to cheer up this wintery morning, Squiggle.
The dogs are loving the snow, Summer.
I just have to hang some pics in the bedroom, then it will be finished.
It looks good, in a neutral sort of way.
I haven't a scooby doo what the picture is of Summer, it looks a bit like wisteria, it just caught my eye and it was so bright and colourful and we need cheering up. It is Spring, we are ready for Spring and what is the weather doing? Being darn awkward that's what! It's been a long winter
I'm glad the room is finished Yogi, hanging pictures is such a nice finishing off task.
I think the snow seems to have stopped here and it hasn't settled. It's been a close thing as the warning area for snow was only a few miles away. Of course it's still cold and overcast. The cloud cover may mean that my area may avoid getting icy roads tomorrow morning.
At present the Barnet v Cheltenham match is still on.
I hadn't spotted your post when I posted mine
It looks almost certain that your side will get promoted this season.
Goaless draw between Barnet and Cheltenham in appalling conditions.
Evening all. I've had family visiting for most of the day and now have the evening to myself. I am going to have a relaxing bath, before watching Foyle's War at 9pm on ITV3.
Got a couple of hours to myself.
I enjoy having a few hours to myself. I have a lovely bubble bath, get my PJs on, climb into bed with my hot water bottle and read a book or watch something on TV.
Keira is having a snooze. Harvey went home tonight, so she is recharging her batteries.
Going off for my bath now, see you tomorrow, Summer.
If Moonie pops in to the Darnie's thread, tell him I have left him a hug.
Good morning everyone
Summer, I love your good morning picture and I kope the christening service goes well
Dry, 100% cloud cover and zero temperature here. Temperatures in the south are forecast to slowly recover to closer to average over the next couple of weeks, Temperatures in the north forecast to remain below average though not as cold as at present.
I'm sure you know that the new series of Foyle's War returns this evening. 3 episodes set in post WW2 times. The actor playing Sam's husband Adam is now Daniel Weyman replacing Max Brown who has gone off to Hollywood. Although IMDB shows DI Milner still in the list of credits, I'm not sure he is returning.
Anthony Horowitz feels that this is the last series he will be involved with but that doesn't mean that the series won't continue if for no other reason because it is so popular.
Good morning everyone. Snow still lying on the ground, and has become icy overnight. Very slippy underfoot.
Have a lovely time at the Christening, Summer.
El, I have Foyle's War set to record. I love the series and am so pleased they decided to bring it back.
Where has Moonie disappeared to? He had a lot of snow in his area, so I hope he isn't one of those affected by power cuts.
Stay safe and warm everyone, and have a good day.
Good morning everyone, very similar weather conditions to you EL, bitterly bitterly cold although no frost here. I hope the christening goes well Summer and the baby is warm enough, I hope they heat the water in the font.
I too have set the Foyles War series to record, they should be making many more programmes like this in my view, real entertainment. I was thinking about that series about the ladies who used to work at Bletchley and went on to use their code cracker skills to crack a serial killer crime was good. I wish they would make another series.
I love your good morning picture Summer, lovely and cheerful. Have a good day everyone, keep warm.
Squiggle, I think fans of The Bletchley Circle would like a second series to be made. Apparently a second series has been commissioned.

That's good news. Like Squiggle, I thoroughly enjoyed the first series.
Just popping in to say hello, just off out. Its freeeezing here. We are all wrapped up, granddaughter looks like she is off mountaineering! I do hope the weather changes soon.
Have a good day everyone, will try to catch up later
