Squiggle, I love that story, where do you find these little gems?

Aww i feel for your mum. Mine goes like that at times, its a strange feeling . Shame she has had to stop driving, but best to be safe x

It doesn't stop her gallivanting, she just uses her bus pass, or gets my dad to drive.

My dodgy hip has given way a few times - I nearly landed on the back grass, last time it happened.

Oh dear, Yogi, what are we like! Will be needing Baz,s zimmer soon
Glad your mum still gets out and about x

Ian Bain of Edinburgh you must have too much money.

If he forgot about ÂĢ6,000, he must be loaded, El.

I like Craig from Bedfordshire's post, "I bought a book called, 52 Steps To Defeating Procrastination. I've still never read it."

Reminds me of my neighbour's friend who bought some herbal tablets which claimed to boost memory. When my neighbour asked her if the tablets worked, she replied "I don't know, because I keep forgetting to take them".

I wonder if we'd get discount if we multi-buy zimmers?

I was thinking of voting for her. I can't stand the woman but I want to be sure the other two go.

Glad it's all going well for your grandson, Squiggle.

Did you get home from the hairdressers without ruining your hair today?

Yes I asked for extra spray and managed to get home still looking reasonable.

Good thinking.

Thanks squiggle x

How is your grandson getting on?

He is loving it, working really hard, and one of the best things is they get paid weekly so no having to wait a month for his money.

Good for him, and good a weekly pay

Good morning everyone

Blue sky, hardly a cloud in the sky, but the coldest night for some time. Apparently in parts of the country it's broken the record for the coldest August night on record. Warmer by tonight.

Lovely stunning picture, squiggle

I was able to try out the DVD hard drive yesterday and it was fine both in recording and play back.

El Loro

Good morning everyone, a bright but cold morning. The sky looks huge this morning filled with white fluffy clouds.

Yogi it's well worthwhile if you are ever buying anything to check with Amazon first.  Even if you don't buy from them their reviews section will fill you in on what others have found and stop you from making expensive errors.

So glad the recorder is working well, it is going to be so much easier to manage your saved films.  How many films do you estimate it would hold EL?

Hi all x
Great picture squiggle
Well i have had one of "those" mornings. Went to pick up my repeat prescription. It wasnt there, must have got lost i was told. Receptionist told me to take a seat and she would get the duty doctor to print out another one. One hour and 25 mins later i finally got it. Took it to the chemist, the computer was down, so off i went to another one, told it would be up to an hour. Said i would do some shopping and come back. Went to an atm to get some cash, it took my card. Bank wouldnt give me it back as i had no ID on me.  Had to come home to get some ID so will go up now to get my card back.  Oh and son text me , he has lost his keys. I can only hope the day gets better !!!

See you all later x
