Good morning it's a hot one here! I've already walked Miss Bramble & done a load of housework She's 6 months old today so I've mischief-proofed the kitchen and we're going to leave her crate open tonight, for the first time! Yogi, sorry I vanished last night, I'd fallen asleep on the sofa and even missed the bus Squiggle, that video almost made me cry! I'm so pleased those puppies & mama were ok, I hope they found homes. I would have chosen the blonde one

Good afternoon everyone. Weather is nice and sunny up here.

Squiggle, what a great video - I got quite teary watching it. So glad mama and puppies had a happy ending.

Summer, I can hardly believe Bramble is six months already, it's seems like no time at all since you got her.

Skylark, have a lovely time at the beach. I'm sure your granddaughter will have a ball.

El, I've set my V+ to record both films and will watch them later.

Summer the pics of Bramble are great, I do hope she behaves herself tonight

HE GOT THE JOB!!!  Thank you all for your good wishes for him.  They have also said he can live in for ÂĢ35 per week, which seems good value.  A lovely location and, for this stage of his career, a great opportunity to put in lots of hard work and really climb that ladder.

Good morning everyone.  Thank you so much for all your good wishes for my grandson, he's a lovely lad and has worked so hard, he deserves this chance and best of all he is just coming to faith and I believe sees this as coming from God.

Yogi, I thought of this when you mentioned Harvey coming for a visit Harvey examining the new fence for a weak link.

Squiggle, I know how much that means to you and I couldn't be more pleased.

@ the pic. Funnily enough, Harvey did walk the length of the fencing this morning and hubby was convinced he was looking for a weak link.

Hi Yogi x its never ending!

I'm so pleased we got the grass cut today, or it would have been like a hayfield by the time we get another dry day.

Aaaaw poor Harvey! don't they look cute when they sulk?! Miss Bramble was naughty during her walk tonight, she's testing her boundaries. First she ran off when she saw some people with a dog, and totally ignored my calling her. Luckily they had a friendly dog, so no harm came to anyone, but I was still unimpressed with her. I had to scruff her and hold her still until the people were out of sight. Then, twice, she refused to sit! I literally stood still for 3-4 mins each time and refused to let her go anywhere until she sat No way was I letting her get away with it Skylark, it's such a shame about the rain, I'm pleased you made the most of the good weather while it lasted
