Squiggle, I have tears running down my face, that is hilarious.

very good
I eventually hang up on them because the quality of the phone line towards the end deterioated and it was rather distracting.
I found a blog by Troy Hunt which is about this scam. He has a Youtube clip about a phone call from a scammer. The routine which the scammer uses is the same as mine, in fact I think it could be the same person who rang me. Troy Hunt managed to keep his call going for 25 minutes so I've done a bit better

Very good EL. This is turning into quite an internet sport now.
I watched this one a few weeks ago, this guy is soooo funny
Yesterday's episode of Doctors:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/e...es_14_Judging_Books/
is a must see for anyone who has fond memories of The Bill, The core story yesterday was about a bookshop owner and his assistant. The assistant is played by Trudie Goodwin (June Ackland). The story will give you a warm glow.
I liked this photo
Lol
What a cute pic.
Goodnight Summer, sweet dreams.
Good morning everyone
Great pic, squiggle
Fair weather today here, the gap between yesterday's rain which was heavy but only a couple of hours, and tomorrow which looks as if it will be wet for much of the day here.
A bright morning with rain expected later.
Please wish my youngest grandson good luck this morning. He is a trainee chef and has an interview with the poshest hotel in the area, which has a superb kitchen and a vibrant chef training programme. If he does well this could be the break he has been waiting for. I'm leaving soon to chauffeur him there.
Squiggle, I wish your grandson the best of luck this morning
I wonder how many people will apply for this job vacancy which was mentioned on the radio this morning :
Morning all x
Very best of luck to your grandson squiggle
Yes granddaughter enjoyed Brave , she now says she wants red hair No archery lessons though, thank goodness, can you imagine!
Settled down to watch CBB and fell asleep! I dont know who is in, will have to catch up.
Skylark, I'm glad your granddaughter liked Brave. I wonder who would be a good choice for the lead character if they made a real-life version of the film? Karen Gillan would seem a good candidate.
Good choice there El, she has fabulous hair too
Karen Gillan sprang to my mind as she's obviously Scottish, red-headed, and having seen her in Doctor Who has a strong personality who could be a leader which sounds rather like the lead in Brave.
If the film was made some years ago, Siobhan Redmond could have fitted.
I remember her from Bulman some 25 years ago - a very strong personality.
I know Kelly MacDonald who voiced the lead in Brave is Scottish but I've hardly ever seen her to be able to comment on her.
Summer, Karen Gillan and Arthur Darvill are leaving Doctor Who during the coming series. They are in the first 5 episodes.
Good news I think. My grandson has to go in again on Saturday for a working interview. He will be working the whole day, split shift 9 until 2 and then 5 until 10. He is thrilled. The head chef is only 32, so he can really identify with the guy and learn so much from him.
Early start for me on Saturday I reckon it's run him there and then come home and eat brekkie. They have another young trainee (my grandson was the only one being interviewed) and this other trainee didn't even know if it was going to be the right career for him when he applied and now has been up to London to take part in a competition. My grandson has known this is what he wants to do since he was about 14.
The hotel is a famous art deco hotel and it overlooks this beach
Good afternoon everyone. Weather is overcast atm, with some bright sunny spells.
Good luck to your grandson, Squiggle. I'll keep everything crossed for him.
Received a text from youngest son a moment ago. Has arrived safely and everything is great.
What a beautiful view, Squiggle.
It does sound promising that your grandson has had a callback for a working interview. Hope it all goes brilliantly for him.
Yes i like Siobhan Redmond too.
Good news squiggle, sounds very hopeful. Lovely views too.
Glad you have heard from your son Yogi, hope he has a fab time x
That sounds promising for your grandson, Squiggle, and I hope it goes well on Saturday .
Lovely scenery.
Had a day of feeling so hot, very uncomfortable . Even the dog is hot. Hope the rain we are to have tonight clears the air.
Anyone who invents a silent fan would make a fortune! They are noisy things!
Hope you have had a good day x
Now Corrie getting on my nerves ! Ever tried talking so much with oxygen being pumped up your nose, plus no flowers in a HDU ! Yes i know its just a soap but these things annoy me!
Signing out, going for a shower then bed. Goodnight all x

There needs to be more attention to detail.
It's been very humid over this side, too. After CBB, I'm off for a nice cool shower, I hate feeling clammy.
Goodnight, sweet dreams, Skylark.
We have a ceiling fan in the bedroom - it's really noisy.
Do you like my new (temporary) avi?
It's because I'm a CBB Clary Fairy.
I searched for Julian Clary and Clary Fairy and she was one of the images to come up.
There are dogs at her feet - I need to keep a canine in my avi.
Aw I love it, lots of doggies! good choice
I've tried finding a new one but when it comes to the crunch, I can't bring myself to part with Captain Phil

Last time I changed mine, I couldn't find my original pic of Keira to change it back. I'm okay this time as I've got loads of pics of her on my laptop now.
