I've just seen a man standing up a ladder which was placed at a 45 degree angle - incredibly dangerous. Luckily he must have realised and has now placed it at a better angle. Just as a matter on interest, the official guidance from the Health and Safety department is that it should be at a 75 degree angle or the vertical height of the wall from bottom to where the ladder touches should be 4 times the horizontal distance from where the bottom of the ladder is to the bottom of the wall. That's assuming flat ground.

If you are only taking a sports bag on a flight does it need to be locked? It wont be hand luggage. Son had to lock his suitcase last time, but not taking it this time. Searched google, but not clear.
Like this, it has a double zip that can be locked, but also has side pockets that cant be

Skylark, I found this on the Gatwick Airport website but if in doubt ask the airline for advice - it says can rather than must:

Q:

Can I lock my hold baggage or does it have to be left open?

A:

Yes, you can still lock it – but baggage checked in the USA must either be left unlocked or locked with a special padlock approved by the US Transportation Security Administration (www.tsa.gov). Your airline will be able to give you further details.

I thought the clips I'd seen of it, looked good.

I look forward to your opinion of it.

Oooh, clever Mr Summer.

If I let Mr Yogi put fake tan on me, I'd end up like a zebra.
