I'm dreading doing the big grocery shop this week. Normally, Mr Yogi comes with me at Christmas, but he's refusing to come this year. He's sulking because I have banned him from normal weekly shopping trips because he constantly says things like "Are you sure you need that?", "I think we've got some in" and "What are you buying that for?".

I like to go on my own then i know what i am doing, i get put off , then home without some essential . I hated it when i was told "we have that", and only to get home to find we didnt have it 

Had a quick peek in the Strictly thread and am a bit disappointed to read that Jason is out first I thought his dances were very good tonight, I want Harry to win but I wouldn't have minded Chelsee going first, I didn't think she was on form tonight.

Skylark, I only have hubby, youngest son and myself for Christmas dinner. Son's GF is spending a wee while with us in the morning but she is working over Christmas.

On Boxing Day, I will have 11 people for dinner..

Oh thats a lot Yogi , and a lot of shopping and preparation, all i can say is good luck! Everything finds a way of falling into place tho doesnt it, says she hopefully !.

This morning at church there was a surprise Christmas present for me. It's from the friend at church and is a thank you for helping her out with het tax return the other day. I think it's a box of biscuits
