A link to a Youtube clip which includes the troika music by Sergei Prokofiev for "Lieutenant Kije"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tNGqyIQrlbA
It's an extract from the original film for which he wrote the music. The film dates from 1934 and the graphics quality is very poor but the sound is OK.
In the remote possibility that anyone wants to watch the whole film:

It does use the main theme of the Troika during the song, Slim, but in a darker way, Lake intended his song to be a protest against the commercialisation of Christmas rather than a Christmas song.

I didn't realise it was a protest song El...it's one of my favourite Christmas tunes
This looks an interesting evening out... https://murdermystery.theloste...aEOep8VP8ghVEHsYNuXE

It's a protest against the commercialisation of Christmas, Slim,, the lyricist Pete Sinfield was hoping for a return to the true values of Christmas.
A Youtube clip of Gregg Lake singing the song in 2011 in St Bride's Church in London:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U6-PAKOt7sM
Although not a religious song, it's quite fitting to be sung in a church.

I wonder what happens to anyone who fails to pay. could be more drastic than washing the dishes

That seems a lot of faff for the difference of only 1 second in a fifty year time span, but I guess the scientists think it's relevant.
I just wish these people would turn their efforts & resources into making this planet a better & safer place to live

BBC article from January:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-68070561
Includes a summary of number of named storms each year (September to August) going back as far as 2015/16 which was the first year storms were named.
It's thought that 2013/14 was the stormiest season.
