There’s a large white van over the road. Been parked outside the residence for ages. I noticed it has a DVLA wheel clamp on it now

There was a van parked outside my house for ages some years ago and went on to the pavement kerb.
After some time I did a search on the DVLA  to see if the tax was up to date. It wasn't so I reported it to them.
A few days later I noticed that it had been clamped and a couple of days later it had gone.
Wan't a vehicle which parked there from time to time.

This van has been there for quite a few months but the clamp has only been on for a few days. It’s parked with just the drivers side wheels on the road. The rest of the van is on the pavement.

I think there's a 14 day limit to pay the fine and tax once a vehicle has been clamped by the DVLA,

After then, if still unpaid, I think the DVLA have the right to sell the vehicle or scrap it if the vehicle's value is low.
