@slimfern  BBC Four are repeating a documentary series starting later tonight they made in 1987 called "The RKO Story - Tales from Hollywood". Worth watching if you haven't seen it before. Narrated by Edward Asner with contributions from Katharine Hepburn, Ginger Rogers and Robert Mitchum. 6 episodes, 2 tonight.

First episode on the formation of RKO in the 1920s and the early years.
Second episode on the musicals of the 1930s - Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers.
Third episode on the women concentrating on Ginger Rogers and Katharine Hepburn.
Fourth episode concentrating on Orson Welles.
Fifth episode moving into the 1950s and film noir.
Sixth episode on RKO's final years after its takeover by Howard Hughes.

It will be on iplayer.

Tomorrow's storm has been named Antoni. There had been only two named storms during the 2022/23 storm year which were named Otto and Noa by the Met Office equivalents in Denmark and France. So Antoni is the first UK named storm for 2022/23 (which for storm naming purposes runs from September to August).

Antoni? that sounds Italian....why haven't they called it Harold or Gladys or something more English

The Met Office decide the names together with their Irish and Dutch equivalents. They announce a list of names each year by 1 September. There's a name for each letter of the alphabet other than Q, U, X, Y and Z. People can send in suggestions for names. A new list of names is used each year starting with A even though not all the names from the previous year would have been used.
Gladys was on the 2021/22 list but those used only got up to F.

If there were to be another storm named before the end of this month it would be called Betty
