Moonie, sadly it does look inevitable that your team will go down

We were lucky to get promoted in the first place El so it was almost inevitable we would get relegated. It’s a shame we didn’t show more fight though

Moonie, by the way, although your team would need to win all 4 remaining games, they would stay up if Fulham lost or drew at least 1 game, and for instance say the team immediately above the relegation zone lost 3 games and drew 1.
That would result in your team having 26 + 4*3 = 38 points, Fulham 27 + 3*3  + 1 = 37 points and for instance Newcastle would 36 + 1 = 37 points.

Nice work El

Unfortunately that won’t happen

Last 4 games…

Arsenal, away.

Liverpool, home.

West Ham, home.

Leeds, away.

Enough said

Good morning everyone

A sunny start to the day here if quite cold and breezy. It’s just started to rain too

One of my “family bubble” took me to the bank and shopping at my local shop

Everything anti bac’d including me

I hope you all have a lovely day

Moonie

So in the last 3 hours a client rang me. He was going to send me a report he had received in pdf format. He said he could only see it in portrait mode whereas the report needed to be in landscape mode. I told him to email me the report for me to look at. On my computer it does open in landscape mode so I don't have any problem.

For anyone who uses Windows 10 and the Microsoft Edge browser, that browser is the default for looking at pdf documents. At present you don't get the option of switching a pdf document between landscape and portrait. Other browsers such as Firefpx does have the option.

Another client rang and will bring their accounting files to me tomorrow morning. The tax return season is starting

And I've had another client ring about her tax return

I use Windows 10 in the mode which is closer to Windows 7 rather than all those tiles which is closer to Windows 8

The work is rolling in now El

Hi everyone

Weird day weather wise. Sunny but chilly, then dark clouds and finally a hail shower.

El, you are being kept very busy atm

Moonie, I’m glad someone in your bubble was able to take you to the bank and shops.

Squiggle, I hope the wind has died down and your weather has improved.

Back with you on Friday night, Ros

Summer and Velvet, hope you are well

I had planted some veg seeds in my raised bed and covered them with a frame and netting. Somehow, a ginger and white cat managed to get under the netting and dig up the seeds while using the soil as a toilet😡I have now planted veg plug plants and have secured the netting as tightly as possible so hopefully the cat will find somewhere else to go.
Never had this problem when I had Keira as she chased the cats and they learned to avoid my garden.

Have a good evening, everyone

Hi Yogi

I don’t think I have been to the bank since the start of the pandemic except when taken by a family bubble member. Not that I go that often anyway

Sorry you’re having cat problems

I hope you have a good evening too

There's a warning of snow this morning for much of Scotland.
The weather is

Good afternoon how are you all?!

Wow, any snow sightings?!
we’ve had little flurries these last couple of days

Hi Sweet

All okay with me fankoo. I hope you and Miss Bramble are okay too 🐕 🐾🐾

Hi Summer

No snow sightings in this part of the country but I wouldn't expect there to be any

Good afternoon all

Chilly weather but no snow….yet, Summer.

I’ve done housework but otherwise it has been a quiet day.

Ros, the cat is only doing what comes naturally to it but I don’t want it digging up my veg plants. Securing the netting seems to have worked and the cat didn’t get back into the raised bed last night.
I hope you have all had a good day
