Good morning gorgeous buddies, I’m so sorry I’ve been absent!!!! 🤗 how are you all? 
are you ready for autumn? 

theres sooooo much going on here; post Covid lockdown trade has slowed down so much that I’ve decided to cut my losses and move on. I’m in the process of closing down and have secured a space to rent within another salon so I can work independently, offloading all the responsibilities & expenses that go hand in hand with renting premises and employing people. The redundancy process is a learning curve for sure! 
meanwhile, I’m now a certified meditation teacher and have been getting the ball rolling with that. Slow and steady on it, I need to pace myself. 

I’ll be back soon to catch up with you all, I hope the sun is shining on you and you’re in for a lovely weekend xx

Just to mention that on the Drama channel they are currently showing past episodes of Doctor Who. The episode at 2pm this afternoon is "Blink". That's a standalone episode and with only fleeting glimpses of Doctor Who. It is regarded as the best ever episode of Doctor Who. Exceptionally high quality hour of television.

That's the only Doctor Who DVD I have got. And the only one I'm likely to get.

3 episodes on that DVD:
First is "Human Nature" 25th best episode out of 190 list on IMDB
Second  is "The Family of Blood" 11th best episode. Those two are a two-parter. Very good story. The Doctor has forgotten who he is and is Mr Smith, a school teacher.
The third is "Blink" IMDB rating of 9.8 is justified. Exceptionally well written intelligent unique story with very good acting (Carey Mulligan), gripping from start to finish and scary but in a PG way.

Never seen The Tenant. Seen hardly any of Polanski's films. Never seen his most famous film "Rosemary's Baby" as my mother asked me not to many years ago so I haven't, not that it's a film which I want to see.

The Tenant was in and out of psychosis El.

Hollywood doesn't wanna know about that subject, Or they can't beat it. Probably the latter.

Velvet, I know what you mean about Hollywood. Though there are exceptions. For instance Francis Ford Coppola's "The Conversation" (1974) with Gene Hackman.
