Good morning everyone

A sunny day here though a north-easterly breeze.

I've been sending details of the job retention scheme claim link and a new calucator for employers to use to my client who will be making a claim. Scheme now live so the claim site is likely to be swamped today.

Yogi, yes, you are right with your answers to the first two Audrey Hepburn questions.

The third film which you and others couldn't recall the name is "Two for the Road". Avaiable to watch on Youtube and Amazon, and get a blu-ray from Amazon but all at a price.

I hope eveyone has a good day

Can't say that I've particularly enjoyed this year's University Challenge. It's the final tonight. The final is Ian Wang versus Brandon. My estimated IQ of those two is Ian Wang 200, Brandon 250. Brandon is a 17-Petaflop Titan supercomputer in human form. It's been a foregone conclusion throughout the series that the final would be between those two.

I’ve just been to put the refuse bins out ready for collection tomorrow. I put them on the edge of the property so they won’t be anyone’s way

It’s cold, as I thought it was

That's what I do - half on the grass half on pavement. The inconsiderates just throw them out blocking the walkway. Handles the wrong way round for the bin men. It's the little things you observe Moons. Bin men are not to be taken for granted - especially these days.

It is Velvet and your right, they aren’t to be taken for granted these days

Good morning everyone

Another sunny day here.

Don't know what it was but I got woken up at about 3.30 this morning by an abnormal noise. It came from something moving along the bypass. Don't hear anything from there from my bedroom normally. Sounded like a motorbike engine but would have been considerably louder to have been woken up by that.

I hope everyone has a good day

Good  morning everyone

Its a sunny start to the day but looks cold out there. I will find out soon, for sure

Squiggle, I hope your day continues to be sunny

El, when I first read your above post I thought ‘abnormal’ was ‘abdominal’

Have a great day everyone but stay safe

I would think so too at that time of the morning

Yogi, yes, it's noticeably less breezy here today than yesterday. Rather pleasant weather

Just finished a half hour phone chat with a client. She's one of my favourite clients, not that I'm supposed to like one more than another

She must be a very nice lady and therefore, entitled to be one of your favourites

No reason to think that any of you own Nintendo Switches but if you know anyone who does there's been a wave of fraudulent attacks with a hacker logging into a Nintendo account and using a linked Paypal account to purchase expensive things.

I asssume that users may have linked a Paypal account to their Nintendo account to buy games and addons.

A series of self-portaits taken by the photographer Julia Keil in recent weeks:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/in-pictures-52353298

Some influenced by paintings, some by films.

Third one says that it was influenced by one of the characters in Pulp Fiction. Not a film I have seen ot am likely to see. The photograph reminds me of Louise Brooks, the actress, whose most famous films were "Pandora's Box" and "Diary of a Lost Girl" both made in 1929 and directed by G W Pabst and regarded internationally as classic artt house films. I checked this out and the Una Therman character in Pulp Fiction was modelled after Louise Brooks. I have seen those two Louise Brooks, they are good but only of interest to fans of serious silent films.
