Good evening everyone, the wanderer has returned.

I haven’t had a chance to read back yet so I hope all is well.

Edit: I have a lime green stripe. Green is my least favourite colour....anybody want to swap?

Hi Yogi

It’s a pleasure to have you back again

I hope you had a pleasant time πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—

You can have my stripe with pleasure. Not liking the colour at all 😠🀣

Moonie

Good morning everyone

Very cloudy here and some rain in the area over the next couple of days,

Squiggle, the forecasters had been expecting settled weather by now but said over the weekend that things had changed. The settled weather is still coming though delayed by a few days.

Yogi, I hope you were able to catch up with your sleep and have a nice time with the tiddlers

I hope everyone has a good day

Summer, I think some people like the colour of their stripe more than others

I don'k know how the colour is decided - that's somewhere in the depths of the programming used for the forum. I don't know if it's got any connection with the avatar name used though - if it did then that would mean the colour changed on a name change - that's something you might want to check with Lori. There's also internal numbers used to identify who is who. The programming is done by reference to those numbers so that the pages we see show whose post is who, who has liked each post, etc.

Your border color is hsl(-139, 20%, 80%) which is meaningless other than to a computer programmer

Afternoon all

It’s raining up here.

The tiddlers aren’t coming today. DiL phoned last night and suggested it might be better if we don’t have them because, due to pre-existing conditions,  Mr Y and I are both in the vulnerable category and, as my nurse put it, children can be unintentional spreaders as they can have the virus with no symptoms.

We are actively following the social distancing instructions but are braced for the 12 week isolation phase.
We’ve also been trying to put contingencies in place for my parents.

Afternoon Yogi

That’s sad news about the little ones but very understandable πŸ™‚

I hope can come up with a plan to safeguard your parents too πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—

Thanks Moonie, it’s all a bit of a nightmare but I’m sure we’ll sort something out
