Moonie, the forecast for my area seems to have improved as the Met Office warnings have changed so that it looks as if the worst effects of Storm Jorge just miss here. Still breezy but a lower chance of damaging gusts. Doesn't seem to be any further fence damage overnight.

Hopefully, you'll find some football to watch

I have three Australian matches I recorded overnight and there is live premier game on at 12 o’clock. Also the live FA WSL Continental Cup Women’s final too

Squiggle, the engineer replaced the downstairs TiVo box. He said, as it was 8 years old and playing up, it was time for an upgrade.

Sleet and rain showers now so, at leat the snow hasn’t settled.

Squiggle, some leap year people have their birthdays on the 28th, some on March 1, and some only get holidays when it's a leap year. Someone born on 29 February 1896  wouldn't get a birthday until 29 February 1904 as 1900 wasn't a leap year. From a legal point in England and Wales, the birthday is on March 1.
