Michelangelo Antonioni's 1995 film "Beyond the Clouds" was an art-house film which was, frankly, pretentious and I'm not recommending it to anyone. A collection of 4 stories linked together by a story directed by Wim Wenders.
The only reason for mentioning it is the 4th story. A man sees a woman, falls in love with her, gets to know her as they walk along. But his love for her is to no avail as at the end she tells him that it can never be - she is going to become a nun. The woman is played by IrÃĻne Jacobs, who is Swiss-French.
It's a pity that this section of the film couldn't be released just as a short as IrÃĻne Jacobs in that section is possibly the most beautiful woman in any film made. Although the film gets an 18 certificate, her section would definitely get a U certificate.
Here's part of that section. It's not in English but you can still sense what's going on.
