China has announced that some seeds taken to the Moon with its recent probe have started to sprout. It's the first time something has grown on the Moon. The seeds are in a sealed container in the probe, not that they've been planted in the ground.

I noticed in the Radio Times that the reboot of Magnum PI starts on Sky 1 tonight. In the reboot Higgins is a woman (Juliet) and is played by Perdita Weeks, sister of Honeysuckle.

Thanks Twickers At present there's some blue sky and clouds, there has been a bit of rain, it's currently dry, but there's a band of rain forecast for noon. I hope your housework goes smoothly

Good morning everyone
The weather is turning colder as the real winter sets in. On average, my area forecast to stay a bit above freezing for the rest of Janaury so any precipitation would be some snow, sleet or old rain. Longer term looks as if February could be sub-zero most of the month with the return of you know who from last year.
