Good morning everyone, grey skies and drizzle so far, it'll probably get much rainier later, still a chill breeze making it feel cold although they keep telling me on the news that it is mild.
Enjoy your day everyone

Squiggle, it's relatively mild here. It's so cloudy though that the temperature shown on the Met Office site from now to Monday afternoon varies between 10 and 13 C whether during the day or night.

Hope all are well. Damp and cloudy . Got the snow shovel - last one had had enough.
Have a good day whatever you're up to
The Baggies aren't doing too bad Moons - hope all is well
Velvet, no sign of any snow in this part of the country for the time being
I hope you have a good day too
El Loro posted:Re your "hen" posts, Velvet and Yogi, there's a 1940 comedy film called "My Little Chickadee". Not a film I've ever seen or want to see. Only a film for fans of Mae West or W C Fields, and I'm not a fan of either.
I've seen it. Mae West could put a man in his place.
Good afternoon happy December!!!!!!! ððĨģ another wet, dark grey day here. Ugh ð
Yogi, has that ark got room for me & bramble on board?!
Take care of Bramble Sweet. I remember when you were pondering the purchase. One of my pals had a border terrier and he was a wood cutter up north. Appin. Suzy, went everywhere.
Hope Yogi gets another one. Don't know if I will just now
Only four paws we have is Bramble.
Velvet, as you say, Mae West could certainly put a man in his place. Although I don't like any Mae West films that I've seen (not many), I can't stand W C Fields, the closest to tolerable was as Micawber in the 1935 version of David Copperfield, but that's not typical of his films.
I see that the Daily Star has a winter apocalypse story today. As usual for that type of newspaper, the story is written with the intent of making headlines to sell the paper. Deliberate scaremongering. Although it will get colder in this country, the latest Met Office forecast for the rest of the month is that it will be drier.
Summer, I'm sure Yogi will make sure there's enough room for you and Bramble on the ark
El Loro posted 25/11/18:The Argentinian football match that Moonie would probably have watched gets posponed due to "fans" from one side attacking the other side's team bus:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/46332084Match postponed to this evening if, and it's a big if, it goes ahead.
Didn't get played. Match was moved to Madrid more than 6,000 miles away to be played on Sunday week. But in the last few minutes one of the sides has announced that it's refusing to play the match there.

The fans rule Boca and River Plate. All in.
That's Argentina.
Latin America is a hell hole. That's Argentina.
What that Govt. did was inexcusable. They are called The Missing.
One clip of W C Fields which is watchable:
There would have been no camera tricks involved - it's what he did before going into films.

Between the Lines was pioneering telly.
I've been playing a new adventure game on the Steam site. It's called "Beyond the Sky".
https://store.steampowered.com...8860/Beyond_the_Sky/
It's probably quite a short game with relatively few locations and characters.
Selene is the character you play. Originally the character was going to be called Luna. Selene=moon in Greek myths, and Luna=moon in Roman myths.
The adventure side of the game is relatively simple. The puzzles which need to be solved are not easy. For instance there's a chess puzzle and a logic puzzle. So you need to know a little about chess and like solving logic puzzles.
Graphically, the game is quite simple. Selene's appearance does not seem to be in keeping with the game. Other than that, the game itself is extraordinary and unforgettable and deeper than the majority of games. I doubt if many people will come across this, but those who do could be in for something special.
Goodnight and sweet dreams, Ros and Velvet.
Hugs for any night owls
night yogi and velvet summer if you pop in

Good morning everyone
Heavy rain here at present. Should stop fairly soon but more to come.
Got a bit of work to do on that huge job, just the final bit of tidying up now that the other accountants have finished their work. Won't take that long.
I hope everyone has a good day
Good morning everyone
Its bucketing down here and could be for most of the day so âsnapâ El
I have to shop and bank so itâs souâwester time when I do venture out
Have a good day no matter what the throws at you and lets be careful out there, ok?
