Moonie, that's not a question I can answer as I don't have access to forum server data.  If you were to ask Lori she might be able to arrange some monitoring to see but she could only see it at the US end, not in the UK.

Although broadband is used more in the evening, the busiest time is later than 5 to 6 pm. Ofcom put the peak period as between 8 and 10 pm.

Just done a ping test on this forum with a result of 132 which isn't unusual so that doesn't seem to be causing delays. If it was over 150 then you might notice a delay. It's not a low ping rate but that's to be expected as it has to cross the Atlantic.

Moonie, you can test ping rates via:
https://ping.eu/ping/
host name is www.gagajoyjoy.com

You might want to try it between 5 and 6 pm to see what results you get.

Good morning everyone

Cloudy here with rain at times forecast for most of the daylight hours - there's a narrow band of rain stuck over this part of the country.

Client meeting this morning. There could be bits of missing documentation so I have to sift through everything to see if it's actually missing or just misfiled.

I hope everyone has a good day

Evening all

I had a great day with the tiddlers. I’m sure Summer would approve of our squirrel pancakes

Moonie, I have also noticed that the forum can be very slow when FIAB is on

I hope everyone has had a good day

It’s annoying when you are trying to have a convo. By the time a post has gone through, you have missed the next bit

Glad your day with the little ones was a good one

We need piccies of the squirrel pancakes

Back from that client. Squiggle, what should have taken 15 minutes took 70 minutes with sifting through files, not finding the missing bits of documentation, so leaving him with a couple of things for him to find He's in his late 70s and has eye problems (macular degeneration).

Moonie, I hope you don't get snowed in
