Aeolus space laser set to map Earth's winds. Although this satellite is being done as a test, if it works it could improve the reliablilty of weather forecasts.

In Greek myths there were 3 characters called Aeolus. One of them is mentioned in Homer's Odyssey and Virgil's Aeneid as the Keeper of Winds, hence the name given to the satellite.

I was minding BB today as I was at hospital yesterday. Only saw PB when DiL came to pick up BB as she had been at an after school club. However, on Tuesdays, we will mind her after school for a few hours.

love the harp EL and looks difficult to play - we have a young harpist sometimes for our concerts the harp is more softer and tuned then- the sound in this is awesome especially as it is from the wind-love this

Do you know, when you listen to and look at that you see time. The Highlands have always done that and for some reason I'm done with them. Not this.
