Hubby and middle son watched the football downstairs. I kept up with the score by listening to the roar when England scored and the groans when Croatia did

Somewhat cloudy here this morning, still on the warm side. There's a possibility of some rain later but a higher likelyhood tomorrow.

Return visit to the client in the middle of nowhere this morning and a visit to another client in the countryside in the latter part of the afternoon. Both should be straightforward but I'll be out quite a lot today.

Very cool here, one could most say cold here overnight and so far this morning. Though the cloud is beginning to burn off now. Not complaining about the cold though  

Yogi, we are supposed have warmer if not hot weather upto and over the weekend if the weather forecast is to be believed. These days I am sceptical

El, I’m having a lot of trouble with the forum this morning. Pages won’t load properly or very fast. I have rebooted my b/band so I’m wondering if you could check to see if ‘they’ aren’t messing with it. Fankoo

Since I did it last night my iPad has been playing up.

Back from client meeting 1, just about to get some lunch, do an hour or so of work, then off to client meeting 2.

Due to local major roadworks it's impossible to say how long the drive will take, 20 minutes or an hour and 20 minutes.

On the way back, the lorry in front of me was from Rosemary & Thyme, apparently somthing to do with food rather than the detective series

Moonie, I'm not aware of any issues on the forum, there's no reports on the Social Strata site. Though from your second post it sounds more like an Apple update problem rather than a forum one. Maybe someone else can help you as I dont't have an Apple device and am out much of the time. If it looks like a forum issue, then it's Lori who may be able to look into it for you.

It seems I have blamed the forum and Apple and it turns out it was my Virgin connect 

I rang them, they did a check, same to check the connections. Then they said they would send a signal and see if that works. The connection to the internet box was loose tightened that. All seem to be okay...tempts fate...for now

It’s not been to bad here today. Quite cool early on with bursts of sunshine 

I am on my laptop now. Its 10 years old but with an updated processor and SSD running Linux. Seem perfectly fine with shows it has to be the last Apple update
