I'm not sure the driver of that car was parking. Might have been making a three point turn at speed
The time I was out and in, the wind didnât have time to land on me El
Warm and cosy I am a fankoo
It makes you wonder how anyone walked away from that car
Yogi, I hope youâre warm and cosy now
I was cold earlier when I was grocery shopping and then at my nurseâs appointment but, Iâm warm and cosy now

I assume that the boy had wandered off from the cafe which was by the arcade machine and his parents were in the cafe.

I've found elsewhere that the boy was with his parents in Beef O'Brady's in Titusville. It's a family friendly sports pub and grill place which has pub games. The BBC article is wrong when it says that the off-duty fire officer who rescued the boy was in a near by restaturant and that the arcade machine was in an amusment arcade. Both the arcade machine and the fire officer were in the same pub as the boy and his parents. Sorry for the confusion but that was because the BBC got it wrong.
Thanks chaps, nurse appointment was just for my B12 jab, so it was fine.
Goodnight and sweet dreams, everyone
ð ðĶ good evening all, and sweet dreams to those of you already gone to bed
crikey that car must have travelling at a great speed to end up like that! Iâm glad no one was injured
Good morning everyone
Some sunshine here at present after a rather wet night.
Yogi, I'm glad your jab went OK

Good morning everyone, a bright crisp morning although extremely cold but with lots of blue sky which is always cheerful to see.
Enjoy your day everyone
Good morning all.
A bright and frosty day.
Interesting link, El, I didnât know why we drove on the left
Have a good day, everyone
I hadn't seen this until today - it's the nicest Cadbury ad in years:
Velvet, all is fine here
Cadbury has changed their advertising creative agency which is why their advertising policy has changed to a simpler style emphasing acts of kindness.
Good afternoon Buddies
Cold and very windy here. We even had a 15 minute blizzard here
But if soon passed and didnât stick
I hope you are all having a good day and have a great evening too

Lovely ad Cadburyâs needed to do something though, I bet sales are down. I personally have been boycotting them for some time now, the new recipe (which they deny changing) is definitely not as nice as the one I used to love
sweet dreams gang
Good morning everyone
Grey, cold and damp here, some heavy rain and windy conditions forecast. Just the day for a long walk in the countryside - not
A British 1932 film called Rome Express on the Talking Pictures channel just after noon. A sinister character boards the Rome Express on the trail of a valuable Van Dyke painting, recently stolen from a Paris gallery. Much to his annoyance he finds the train populated with a motley assortment of passengers. including adulterous lovers, a very annoying golf fanatic, a French police chief and an American silent film star any one of whom could have the painting he desperately seeks..
It's quite a talky film but of note in that some of the dialogue was written by Sidney Gillat who 6 years later wrote the screenplay for The Lady Vanishes.
I hope everyone has a good day
Good morning everyone
Itâs pouring with rain.
Iâm planning to have a lazy day. *crosses fingers*
Have a good weekend everyone
Good morning everyone, another rainy morning, shame I was enjoying having a dry day. I hope it's reasonable where you are so that you can get things done. Does Bramble mind the rain Summer?
Enjoy your day everyone
Yogi and Squiggle, the weather does seem to have become more changeable. I do my main shopping on a Saturday morning and for a long time it had been generally dry when I went out. But it's been raining every time for the last 4 weeks.
At least I got a packet of these which I hadn't seen before. They are not cheap - ÂĢ3 for what I think will be 4 lots of the advised number of rings for 1 of your 5 a day so 75p per helping. They are nice though.

Though of course there can be duplicated snowflakes, just extremely unlikely,
Good afternoon overcast, damp and very cold here today. I hope youâre all keeping warm
yogi i I hope youâre getting that lazy day
squiggle, Bramble doesnât mind the rain, I donât think she really feels it underneath all that fur. The only weather she seems to dislike is strong wind, which blows her ears around bless her

Cheltenham had a good day today beating Port Vale 5-1. Now in 14th place, 12 points ahead of the bottom 2 clubs. An important result as Cheltenham's next 4 games are against teams in the top 5 so they need that 12 point cushion.
I hope we don't suffer from the millennium bug EL
