Yogi, I hope that parcel arrives in time for you to be able to send the contents off. You might get it today as they seem to deliver on Sundays just before Christmas.
Moonie, I hope you find something to watch on television, something like football.

EL - we are doing Petite Messe solonelle we performed at nine lessons today in the parish church where we practise -it was lovely - we sang four pieces and the descants, packed church mixed age groups ,loads of carols and nine readings and candles for the last carol-lights turned off -gorgeous

Good morning everyone
Sunny start here and a bit frosty, clouding over later.
Yogi, I hope your tiddler minding goes well
Moonie, great videos
Ros, I hope your Little Solemn Mass goes well when you do it Was the last carol sung by candlelight Silent Night ?
I hope everyone has a good day
Good morning everyone, it's a really beautiful morning here which makes a very pleasant change. Have a great time with the wee ones Yogi.
Enjoy your day everyone
So the England women's cricket team won the Team of the Year award at yesterday evening's Sports Personality do, not that suprising as they won the cricket World Cup this year.
And as far as the England men's cricket team, they lose the Ashes series in Australia by losing the 3rd Test by an innings.
The two teams are as far apart as possible in terms of quality.
Just come back from the local Co-op - they had none of their mince pies for which I've got a voucher for. And I've just had an email from them about their Christmas opening hours. In it I spotted this:
"Running low on Mince Pies ?"
The first episode of a new series of Father Brown on BBC1 today in just over an hour's time. There's a break then until Tuesday 2nd when the series continues.
Tomorrow there's a repeat of last year's Christmassy episode.
I hope they repeat the 7th episode of the 5th series (last year's series). Called The Smallest of Things I thought it was absorbing though quite tragic.
Amazon Prime could be investigated by Advertising Standards regarding complaints about not meeting their promise to deliver within one day:

Good afternoon Buddies
Cold but dry day here. No wind so a flat calm day
Its going to be a cold one tonight, I think.
Yogi, I hope all is well with you today and you arenât being rushed off your feet
Have a great evening everyone
Moonie, I think the main issue with the weather here tonight and tomorrow morning is the fog. Widespread warnings of that. If it's slow to lift, could be a really cold day.
I hope you have a great evening

no EL that was the carol before- we sang it in welsh -the carol was Hark the Herald Angels, then O Little town for the procession of the clergy to end the service -still with candles
night summer sorry to miss you
Good morning everyone
Fairly sunny here, there's some light mist but not the fog where there's still a warning in place.
Yogi, I hope the tiddler minding is going well
Summer, I hope that my Co-op does restock on its mince pies as I've got a voucher for them
Ros, that was a lovely end to your carol service I've taken the liberty to correct your post as possession of the clergy might give readers the wrong idea
I hope everyone has a good day
Good morning everyone, a lovely bright morning again, a beautiful sunset last night and a very pretty dawn sky this morning. It does feel much colder which is odd as our local forecast was for much milder weather all week.
Enjoy your day everyone
The majority of my clients are local as you would expect but I do have a few elsewhere, generally because they used to be local and have moved away. I have realised that two of my clients who have zero connection with each other live a mile apart in the same town on the other side of the country in Surrey. There's no reason to think that they would know each other though and I'm not going to ask them. It's a strange coincidence.
Squiggle, I prefer it when it's sunny even if it's cold rather than cloudy and milder which is what I think we are going to be getting
Don'k know if this will get shown on the BBC news today but this clip is interesting and Summer in particular will love it as it's about a snow window painter:

That interstellar object I posted about recently is unlikely to be an alien spacecraft as some had speculated but the interior could be holding water from another star system:

hope youâre all warm & cosy, hows the festive excitement coming along?
Good morning everyone
Rather foggy here, it's expected to lift but a very cloudy day forecast.
Summer, I thought you would like that clip and that it would appeal to you I hope your evening went well
I hope everyone has a good day
Giant robots being ridden and controlled by humans, from science fiction films and video games becoming real:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/technology-42416109/
Good morning everyone, it was definitely a little foggy when I first woke up but it has all cleared away now, still overcast though.
Sadly those robots ridden by a human are only heading one way in my opinion and that is for weapons of war.
Enjoy your day everyone
Another BBC clip about an artist who is also a palÃĶontologist. He paints animals, birds etc which have become extinct. Much of the clip is about dodos. He's a good artist. The last part of the clip is very sad as it's about the Northern White Rhino which is right on the edge of extinction.

Afternoon all
A grey and damp day, weather wise.
I had a good time with the tiddlers but I was a very tired Granny at the end of it.
I havenât read back yet, I hope you are all fine and dandy.
Yogi, I'm glad you had a good time with the tiddlers and hope you have a chance to recharge your batteries before Christmas
