Yogi, if you go to the back of your wardrobe you will see a lit lampost. Go towards it and in the distance you will see another one. Walk to it and take a few steps further forward and you will find youself in the back of Summer's wardrobe. Be careful as you walk as it's rather snowy, And remember that if you see a lion, he's a goodie and if you see a witch, she's a baddie.

Summer, you must watch Singin' in the Rain when it's shown next.  Outstanding musical, it's also a comedy, it's also a look back at the transition from silent to sound films, and it's a good drama. The only criticism I have is the dance sequence between Gene Kelly and Cyd Charisse is that although outstanding it is serious so doesn't match the feel of the rest of the film.

I hope everyone has a good day

Crane and lift come mind in my case El

Always get annual blood tests etc done so rang surgery up 20 minutes ago expecting to get an appointment in 2 to 4 weeks - it's this afternoon at 3.50

I had a suspicion that it was too good to be true. The blood tests were done but not the etc - those have to wait until early October. Those being things like blood pressure reading. The woman I saw only does bloods, she's a phlebotomist rather than a nurse. One of their nurses has left so there's just one at present.

That was a quick appointment El, even if was just to get the bloods done.

Well done on getting your jobs done, Moonie

I did everything I planned and the forecast rain still hasn't arrived.

Good afternoon Yogi

Fankoo

Good news about the rain staying away and well done on completing all your chores

Altthough most of you aren't interested in cricket, this is a lot more serious than a game. A match had to be abandoned this afternoon when someone shot a crossbow boly from outside the ground which landed between two players, around 10 metres from the strip (the part of the pitch between the two sets of stumps). No-one was injured.

There are some real idiots around. Thank goodness nobody got hurt.
