Its really rather shocking Yogi, that he can be discharged so quickly, Its all down to waiting times, this has to be reduced, but it is at the cost of patient care. Its becoming more and more like a conveyor belt. He can, or the family can, insist he isnt discharged, if he or the family feel he isnt ready to go home. x

I know Ros. Sometimes I think they should fit revolving doors on hospitals. because you are hardly in through the doors, before they throw you back out.

I'm not having a go at the staff, just the lack of beds.

His step-daughter is a nurse and his wife is an auxiliary nurse, so they'll take good care of him. He's luckier than most, in that respect.
