As it's a Bank Holiday the weather is wet and cool. Mind you as I type it looks like it's actually stopped raining

Plastering finished last Tuesday. Gas fire to be put back in tomorrow, 12 days after it was first removed

Finally got me gas fire reinstalled

It looks like we have a floor problem in the front room. So the carpet, which was going after the room was decorated, has to come up to see what the problem is 
It was lovely here earlier today but now cool. On the plus side, I have nearly dried three line of washing
